What are the requirements for college students to take the first-class architect exam?
If college students do well in the exam, architects will be less valuable. This requires work experience.

(1) Registration conditions for first-class registered architects

1, major, education, working hours requirements

① Graduates with degrees or qualifications listed in Annex 1 of this article shall be subject to the requirements of this form;

② Those who do not have the academic qualifications specified in Annex 1 should have been engaged in engineering design for a total of 15 years and meet one of the following conditions:

A. As the project leader or professional leader, complete the whole process design of four civil architectural design projects of Grade III and above, including at least 1 project of Grade II and above.

B. As the project leader or professional leader, complete the whole process design of four other types of medium-sized and above projects, including at least 1 large projects or special construction projects.

Note: For the division of "civil architectural design" and "other types of architectural design", refer to the division of engineering grades in the Notice of the State Price Bureau and the Ministry of Construction on Issuing the Charge Standard for Engineering Survey and Design ([1992] No.375) and the Charge Standard for Engineering Design (1992 revision).

2, professional practice requirements

According to the professional practice standard of first-class registered architects, the applicant should complete the professional practice training of not less than 700 units. The applicant shall submit his "Practice Registration Manual for First Class Registered Architects" to the examination qualification examination department for examination.

(2) the conditions for the second-class registered architect to apply for the exam.

First-time applicants must meet one of the following conditions:

1, major, education and working hours shall be implemented according to the requirements in Annex 2 of this article;

2. Having the professional titles of assistant architect and assistant engineer or above, and engaged in architectural design or related business for more than 3 years (including 3 years), you can apply for the exam;

3. Persons who do not have the academic qualifications specified in Annex 2 shall have been engaged in engineering design for a total of 13 years and meet one of the following conditions:

(1) as the project leader or professional leader, completed four whole-process designs of civil building design level 4 and above, including at least 1 projects above level 3.

(2) As the project leader or professional leader, complete the whole process design of four other types of small and above architectural design projects, including at least 1 medium-sized projects.

The results of the first-class registered architect qualification examination are valid for five years, that is, the results of each examination subject are valid for five years (times). Grade II registered architect qualification examination results are valid for two years (times), that is, the results of each examination subject are valid for two years (times).
