In the vast majority of public teaching buildings, college buildings and office buildings, wireless network connections need to use web authentication. After authentication, we don't need to authenticate and enter a password when we connect to the wireless again.

The WiFi of Yunnan University is: YNU.

YNU is a combination of 2.4G and 5G dual frequency, and the password is yunnandaxue (pinyin lowercase spelling of Yunnan University). This password is used to generate the wifi key. After WiFi connection, you need to authenticate to surf the internet.

Web authentication process: Open any browser and enter the website address of Yunnan University (), and the WebPortal authentication interface will automatically pop up. The user name is the student number and the password is the last six digits of the ID card (or the last six digits of the passport number). Then click Login.

1. The terminal needs to be set to "automatically obtain IP address".

2. After the mobile phone is connected for the first time, you can remember the mac address and automatically authenticate the Internet.
