Can the university record be revoked?
University demerits can be revoked, and if you behave well, you can write a cancellation application. Students who are punished by demerits shall be recorded in their files. Before the expiration of the time limit, an application shall be made to cancel the demerit. The school will decide to cancel or expel students according to their daily performance. In principle, the demerit will not be cancelled.

Article 62 of the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities stipulates that the school may give criticism and education or disciplinary action to students who have made mistakes according to the seriousness of the case. College student management is divided into the following six types:

1, warning.

2. Serious warning.

3. remember.

4. Stay in hospital for observation.

5, ordered to drop out of school.

7. expel from school. The probation period is one year.

Will the university punishment remain in the file after it is revoked? Usually, in colleges and universities, most minor violations of discipline are not recorded in the files, but if they are more serious, such as detention or persuasion, they must be recorded in the school, or they may be notified in the online educational administration system.

However, some colleges and universities will put them in files. For example, Fudan University's Regulations on the Punishment of Students stipulates that the punishment decision shall be announced by the principal's office on the bulletin board, and the unit, academic affairs office, student affairs office, graduate school, security office, Party Committee Organization Department, International Student Affairs Office, Youth League Committee and other relevant units shall be notified in writing. Written documents and relevant materials of the punishment decision shall be included in the personnel file of the person being punished by the department that proposed the punishment.
