Is the graduation certificate of North Institute of Soft Science and Technology true? Or is it just a skill certificate? Is it true to issue a certificate from the Central University for Nationalities? North Institute of Soft Science and Technology (formerly Beijing Self-taught University) is listed as a private university, so our undergraduate diploma is only recognized in the province (recognized by Beijing), decentralized by the Education Commission and stamped. The recognition of Beijing here does not mean that you can't go to other places (non-Beijing) to find a job with your diploma, but that enterprises and institutions in other places fully recognize it, but some institutions don't, and we just need to take your diploma to the Beijing Education Commission to print a letter of introduction. (Basically, all three forms of private college education are only recognized in the province. At present, this is determined by the education system in China, and many three colleges and universities don't talk about it when enrolling students. )
