Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, combined with the specific conditions of the school, in order to further standardize the enrollment of full-time undergraduates in the school (hereinafter referred to as the "enrollment work"), improve the quality of students, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, and ensure the smooth enrollment work.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the undergraduate enrollment of China University of Political Science and Law.

Article 3 The principle of "fairness, impartiality, openness, strict procedures, merit-based admission and supervision" shall be implemented in the enrollment work of China University of Political Science and Law.

Chapter II General Situation of Schools

Article 4 Full name of the school: China University of Political Science and Law.

Article 6 Nature of running a school: The Ministry of Education is directly under the national key universities, and the "20 1 1 plan" and "11plan" (the discipline innovation and intelligence introduction plan for colleges and universities) will focus on the construction of universities, and the country will "double-class" universities.

Article 7 Level of running a school: undergraduate and postgraduate. Type of school: ordinary colleges and universities.

Article 8 The form of study is full-time. The benchmark academic system is four years. Students can complete their studies within three to six years by implementing the credit system and flexible study years after entering school.

Article 9 Certificate issuance: those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of China University of Political Science and Law; Those who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting will be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of general higher education.

Chapter III Organizations and Their Duties

Article 11 The School Admissions Committee is the advisory and supervisory body for enrollment work, and the leading group for undergraduate enrollment work is the decision-making body for undergraduate enrollment work.

Article 12 The undergraduate enrollment office of a school is a permanent institution that organizes and implements the enrollment work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment in colleges and universities. Its main responsibilities are: organizing the preliminary investigation of enrollment reform; Do a good job in talent demand forecasting and training; According to the development scale of the school, draw up the draft enrollment plan; Carry out enrollment publicity activities; Organize the implementation of freshmen's enrollment and re-examination.

Thirteenth school enrollment work to implement the "sunshine project". The school discipline inspection commission and the Ministry of Supervision supervise the enrollment work. The school has set up an enrollment supervision leading group composed of the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee and the heads of relevant departments, which is responsible for supervising the implementation of various policies and regulations on enrollment and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates and the school.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Fourteenth undergraduate enrollment office according to the school development scale, school conditions, talent demand, subject development and other factors to develop the annual undergraduate enrollment plan, after the examination and approval of the school's undergraduate enrollment work leading group, reported to the Ministry of Education for approval.

Article 15 According to the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the relevant national enrollment policies, the undergraduate enrollment office adheres to scientific and coordinated development, and according to the principle of "promoting fairness through development" and the conditions of running a school, it makes overall consideration of the proportion of enrollment in each province to the total enrollment in the country, the quality of students and the employment situation of graduates, completes the adjustment of enrollment professional structure and regional structure, and scientifically and rationally prepares enrollment plans by province and specialty. The plan is approved by the leading group for undergraduate enrollment and submitted to the Ministry of Education for approval.

Sixteenth schools take 1% of the total number of plans as a reserved plan, which is mainly used for student quality control and solving the admission problem of candidates with the same score.

Chapter V Admission

Article 17 In principle, the proportion of students' files consulted by schools is less than 1.05%. If the professional volunteers reported by the candidates cannot meet and obey the adjustment, the school will make professional adjustment according to the admission situation of each major. Candidates will be dismissed if they don't obey the adjustment.

For the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) that have not completed the plan to implement parallel volunteer, the school will collect the first batch of volunteers in the undergraduate course according to the unified arrangement of the provincial entrance examination institutions. If the plan has not been completed, the remaining plans will be transferred to provinces with sufficient students. In the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) where the number of first-choice applicants is insufficient, the first batch of non-first-choice candidates will be enrolled in the undergraduate course from high score to low score in accordance with the unified arrangement of the provincial entrance examination institutions until the enrollment plan is completed; If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. If the plan has not been completed, the remaining plans will be transferred to provinces with sufficient students.

Eighteenth schools do not distinguish between students and freshmen. In the case that the candidates' ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination are qualified, the school will give priority to the scores, and there is no professional grade difference. According to the candidates' reporting results and professional volunteer order, they will be selected on the basis of comprehensive consideration. In the case of the same results, refer to the candidates' original college entrance examination results, professional volunteer order and related subjects' college entrance examination results in turn (Shanghai candidates are subject to the relevant regulations of Shanghai).

The comparative order of college entrance examination scores of related disciplines is as follows: Economics, Financial Engineering (Cheng Siwei Modern Financial Elite Class), Information Management and Information System (the direction of information management under the rule of law) compare mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese in turn; English, German and translation majors compare foreign languages, Chinese and mathematics in turn; Other majors compare Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in turn.

According to the relevant admission methods in Jiangsu Province, the minimum score required by the school for candidates in Jiangsu Province is B+B+, and the minimum score required for candidates enrolled in special programs of colleges and universities and high-level art troupes in this province is BB. According to the relevant admission methods of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the school implements the admission rule of "queuing admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1" in Inner Mongolia. Candidates from Zhejiang Province and Shandong Province are directly admitted to the major by the recruitment office of the province where the candidates are located according to its relevant regulations. Candidates from Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin and Hainan are recruited by their provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to their relevant regulations, and the school makes professional arrangements according to the admission principles stipulated in the articles of association. Candidates who comprehensively reform the provinces must meet the requirements of the school.

Article 19 The physical examination standards for enrollment in our school shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities jointly formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary provisions. After the new students enter the school, the school will conduct re-examination and physical examination in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, and students who do not meet the admission conditions will be disqualified.

The investigation major is admitted in advance, and the school does not organize or participate in political examination, physical examination and interview in public security colleges alone. Candidates must meet the following conditions before admission: (1) Normal facial features, no obvious facial features and defects, and no physical disabilities; (2) There is no color blindness and color weakness, and the monocular corrected vision is not less than 4.7; (3) Normal hearing in both ears; (4) no stuttering; (5) No infectious diseases.

Article 20 There is no restriction on the ratio of male to female students in all enrollment majors of the school.

Article 21 Except for special types of enrollment such as high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams and special enrollment plans of colleges and universities, schools enroll students according to the scores provided by the enrollment examination institutions of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) (including the national college entrance examination plus points confirmed by the provincial education administrative departments or enrollment examination institutions). For candidates with multiple points, only one of the highest points is calculated. All college entrance examination bonus items and scores are not applicable to enrollment items that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans.

Article 22 According to the scale of teachers and students in each college, the school randomly assigns students majoring in law to the School of Civil and Commercial Economics, the School of International Law and the School of Criminal Justice, applying the same training scheme, regardless of direction. When applying for graduate students, law students can choose different research directions for further study according to their hobbies, and are not limited by their institutions.

Law students (experimental class of legal talent training mode reform) study in law school, which is divided into two stages. The first stage is the four-year basic learning stage, and the teaching progress is completed according to the training plan. Students who rank in the top 90% of compulsory courses and pass the exam can enter the second stage, that is, the two-year applied learning stage. After passing the applied learning stage, he is allowed to graduate and be awarded a master of law degree.

Article 23 English and translation majors only recruit candidates whose foreign languages are English, German majors only recruit candidates whose foreign languages are German and English, and other majors are not limited to foreign languages. Candidates who apply for English, German and translation majors should take the oral English test organized by the Provincial Admissions Office.

Article 24 The admission of high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, national special plans, special plans of colleges and universities, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, separate plans for southern Xinjiang, cooperation plans for aiding Xinjiang, high school classes in Tibet in the Mainland and high school classes in Xinjiang in the Mainland shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state documents. For special types of enrollment such as high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams and special events in colleges and universities, schools should formulate specific enrollment brochures in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education for special types of enrollment. The comprehensive quality evaluation information of candidates' ordinary high school students is used as a reference for the application materials of special types of enrollment candidates such as college special plan enrollment.

Twenty-fifth after the admission, the school will publish the admission results on the undergraduate enrollment information network (/) according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education.

Chapter VI Charging Standards and Others

Article 26 According to the Notice of Beijing Municipal Price Bureau, Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau and Beijing Municipal Education Commission on Adjusting the Tuition Standards of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (J.J. [H] Zi [2000] No.217), the tuition fees for German, English and translation majors in our school are 6,000 yuan per person per academic year, and 5,000 yuan per person per academic year for other majors. For students who choose the double-major and double-degree training mode, starting from the fifth school year, the school will charge tuition according to the basic training cost. For students majoring in German, English and translation who choose the dual-degree plus master's training mode, the school will determine the charging standard with reference to the charging policy and actual training cost of the graduate students from the time they enter the postgraduate study stage. In the applied learning stage, students majoring in law (the experimental class of training mode reform of legal talents) are charged according to the master of law fee standard. The expenses for students to study abroad during their study in school are determined according to specific projects and borne by the students themselves.

According to Beijing Municipal Price Bureau's Notice on Beijing Student Accommodation Charge Standard and Management (Trial) (J.J.Zi [1999] No.014) and Letter on Charge Standard of Newly-built Student Apartments in Beijing Universities in 2003 (J.J.Zi [2003] No.348), student accommodation is in accordance with China University of Political Science and Law.

Twenty-seventh schools set up a variety of scholarships, such as principal scholarships, undergraduate academic scholarships, scientific research and innovation scholarships, competition scholarships and volunteer service scholarships, to reward students with excellent academic performance.

The school has established a student financial aid system including national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, social scholarships, national student loans, education grants for retired soldiers, tuition compensation for grass-roots employment, student loan compensation, national subsidies for compulsory military service, green channels, work-study programs, and subsidies for difficulties to help students from poor families successfully complete their studies.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Thirtieth the school's previous policies and regulations on enrollment work are in conflict with the Articles of Association, which shall prevail; In case of any inconsistency between the Articles of Association and the relevant policies of the state or higher authorities, the relevant policies of the state and higher authorities shall prevail.

Article 31 After the promulgation of the Articles of Association, in case of policy adjustment by the Ministry of Education and the admissions offices of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the school will timely adjust the corresponding contents according to relevant policies and make a separate announcement.

Article 32 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Undergraduate Admissions Office of China University of Political Science and Law.
