Mulan Ci of National Symphony Choir

Mulan Ci is one of the most outstanding poems among northern folk songs in Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. Mulan, a national symphonic chorus composed by Professor Chen Jiahai and Mr. Shi Fu, a famous composer in China, made a brand-new interpretation of this well-known ancient China poem by using symphonic chorus thinking and dramatic musical effects.
This work is rigorous in structure, novel in technique, grand in scale and extremely dramatic. The whole song is based on the music of Henan Opera and has strong local characteristics of Henan.
