The main task of China Academy of Social Sciences is to train doctoral students and master students in humanities, philosophy and social sciences. The graduate school was established in June1978+1October1. At the beginning of the school, we took the road of enrolling students first and then building a campus. On October 201110, the graduate school completed the relocation of the new campus in Liangxiang.

As of June, 20 16, the graduate school has 15 doctoral programs, 17 master programs, 103 doctoral programs in two disciplines and 109 master programs in two disciplines.
