Mr. Jin Xinyu: Born in 1958, China nationality, with no permanent residency abroad, graduate degree, professor and doctoral supervisor. He is currently the deputy director of the Institute of Electronic Circuits and Information Systems, School of Information and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University; Director of Engineering Electronic Design Base of Zhejiang University; Director of the Research Center for Wireless Network Communication of High-speed Railway; Director of Mobile Intelligent Medical Research Center. He is currently an independent director of the joint-stock company.
