The purpose of this club is to exercise, persist, explore, create and make friends with the ball. Abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and the provisions of the Youth League Committee, and abide by social ethics.
4. This club is supervised and managed by the Youth League Committee and the Student Union, and guided by the Youth League Committee of Southern College.
Chapter II Rights and Obligations
1. Club cadres are learning-oriented, love the club, have a strong sense of responsibility, have certain skills and common sense, and have certain organizational and management skills to serve the majority of yo-yo fans.
Students who are interested in yo-yo can sign up for the association.
3. Association members must abide by the purpose of the association, support the work of the association, safeguard the interests of the association, and abide by the relevant provisions of the association.
4. The right to vote, to be elected and to vote of this Association;
5. Participate in the activities of this club;
6. Club members should actively participate in the activities organized by the association, and are not allowed to be late, leave early or even not participate in the activities organized by the association. Failure to participate in activities without reason is regarded as automatic withdrawal and no longer enjoys the rights and obligations of members. Those who seriously violate the rules of the association will be punished until they are expelled from the association.
Chapter III Contents of Community Activities
1. In order to improve students' physical quality, * * * learn from each other and carry out various activities.
2. The content, time and place of group activities shall be arranged by the chairman and the club board according to the specific circumstances.
3. The funds come from the membership fees paid by members, and the funds are used for the activities of the Association. Funds and expenses are regularly reported to members publicly and to the club department. 、
4. No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this Association.
Chapter IV Management System of Associations
1. The highest authority of this Association is the General Assembly, and its functions and powers are:
(a) to formulate and amend the articles of association;
(two) the executive body of the election and recall association;
(three) to review the work report and financial report of the executive body of the association;
(4) Deciding to terminate.
(5) Deciding on other major matters.
2. The general meeting of members shall be held only when more than two thirds of the members (or members' representatives) are present.
3. The functions and powers of the executive body of the Association are:
(a) Implementing the resolutions of the General Assembly;
(2) Preparing to convene members;
(three) to report the work and financial situation to the general assembly;
(4) Deciding to absorb and recall members;
(five) decided to appoint the main person in charge of the subordinate departments of the association;
(six) to lead the organization of this association to carry out its work;
(seven) to formulate internal management system;
(eight) to decide on other major issues.
4. The term of office of the president, vice-president and department heads of this Association is one year. The president of this club is not the main person in charge of other student clubs.
5. The President of this Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:
(a) to convene and preside over the meeting of the executive body;
(two) to check the implementation of the resolutions of the general assembly (or representative assembly) and the executive body of the association;
(3) Signing relevant important documents on behalf of the Association;
6. The Vice President (Vice President) shall exercise the following functions and powers:
(a) to preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan;
(2) Coordinating the work of branches, representative offices and entities;
(three) to assist the president in handling other daily affairs.
Chapter V Termination Procedure and Property Disposal after Termination
1. If the Association needs to cancel due to the completion of its purpose or its own dissolution, division or merger, it shall be proposed by the executive body of the Association.
2. The motion to terminate this association must be voted by the general meeting of members and reported to the guiding unit for approval.
3. Before the termination of this Association, a liquidation organization shall be established under the organization of the Youth League Committee of the Society to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation will be carried out.
4. The Association will be terminated after the cancellation of registration by the Youth League Committee.
5. The remaining property after the termination of the Association shall be disposed of in accordance with the relevant regulations of Nanjing Forestry University under the supervision of the Youth League Committee.
Chapter VI Department Setup
(1) Technology Department
1. Responsible for guiding members' skills during club activities.
2. Actively learn technology and strengthen your own technology.

2. Assess cadres and be responsible for supervising the work of various departments.
3. Arrange the division of labor of member activities.

1. Go through the formalities of club members' leaving and quitting, and make corresponding records.
2. Prepare regular meetings and various association meetings, and make corresponding meeting records and attendance records.
3. Do a good job in the management of community documents and files.
4. Be responsible for recording the basic information of members.
Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
1. Every academic year, the work, plan, work summary, expenditure, etc. of the mass organizations are regularly reported to the Youth League Committee for the record.
2 matters not covered in the articles of association shall be revised and supplemented by the president of the association and reported to the Youth League Department for decision.
3. The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of establishment of the Association.
