According to the arrangement of military training for freshmen in Inner Mongolia Medical University, the military training for freshmen lasts for two weeks in the first week of school.

Inner Mongolia Medical University is located in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a university approved by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the National Health and Wellness Commission of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Education. It is also a pilot university of the "Excellent Doctoral Education and Training Program" and an engineering university of basic capacity building in universities in the central and western regions.
