Especially the new district library, with a total construction area of 47,000 square meters, 8 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, with a height of 44.6 meters, is the largest library in Henan Province.

In order to leave enough reserve space for the rapid development of the school, Henan University expropriated nearly 1.500 mu outside the west gate of the new campus for the construction of the second phase of the new campus.
