Those who meet the above conditions and have won the Third Class Merit, the Third Class Award for Military Scientific and Technological Progress, and the Excellent NCO Talent Award, as well as those who graduated from the National "2 1 1" Engineering University, can be given priority. The age can be relaxed 1 year for those who have won the second-class merit award or advanced models established by units above the corps level, and those who are selected by ethnic minorities in remote and hard areas. 3. Selection scope: mainly combat troops below division level and troops in remote and hard areas. Outstanding advanced models established by units with second-class merit or above the corps level are not limited by the selection scope. From June 30th of the year of selection, the ranks and ranks of outstanding college soldiers after direct promotion are the same as those of military academy graduates, and their salaries are basically the same as those of graduates of the same military academy and local college students who directly serve as cadres after graduation. Determine the candidates for recruitment: From May to June, the county-level military service organ where the university is located, together with the education, public security, health and other departments, will organize the physical examination and political examination of the university in a timely manner, and those who meet the basic recruitment conditions will be determined as pre-candidates, and fill in the Registration Form for Pre-recruitment Objects of Fresh Graduates. 3.
