The purpose is to strengthen the construction of the backbone teachers of basic education, train and bring up a group of backbone teachers of basic education with high political and professional level, and face the teaching and management personnel of basic education. I. Application conditions

1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.

2. Support the leadership of China's * * * production party, be willing to serve socialist modernization, have good moral character and abide by the law.

3 candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) fresh graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications;

(2) Persons with a nationally recognized bachelor's degree;

(3) After two years or more (from graduation from higher vocational colleges to September 2009 1, the same below), people who have reached the same academic level as undergraduate graduates and meet the specific business requirements put forward by the enrollment unit according to the training objectives of the unit;

(4) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications and recent graduates of adult colleges and universities shall apply for the examination according to the equivalent academic ability of undergraduate graduates;

(5) Those who have obtained a master's degree or a doctor's degree may apply for a master's degree again, but they can only apply for a master's degree entrusted or at their own expense.

Self-taught students and online education students must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before they can apply for the exam.

Graduate students need to obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

4. The age is generally not more than 40 years old (born after August 3 1969), and the age of candidates who apply for entrusted training and pay their own expenses is not limited.

5. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.

6. After graduating from a university recognized by the state, he has worked continuously for 4 years or more, has excellent business, has published research papers (technical reports) or has become the backbone of his business, and has been recommended by two experts with senior professional and technical titles, and is an on-the-job person trained or entrusted by the unit.

After obtaining a master's degree or a doctor's degree, he has worked for 2 years or more and has excellent business. With the consent of this unit and recommended by two experts with senior professional titles, he is an on-the-job employee entrusted by this unit.

(3) Those who meet the above conditions (1) or (2) can sign up for the corresponding unified or single entrance examination for master of education (the examination subjects are set according to the education category).

The examination of specialized courses is proposed by all enrollment units, and the examination is conducted at the same time as the national entrance examination.

Candidates whose test languages are Japanese and Russian are limited to Inner Mongolia Normal University, Liaoning Normal University, Shenyang Normal University, bohai university, Yanbian University, Northeast Normal University and Harbin Normal University.

Fourth, the field of enrollment disciplines.

Among them, the professional direction of primary education is limited to the first batch of graduate education units (requiring a certain research foundation, a team of teachers who meet the training plan, and the guarantee of basic students); Modern educational technology is open to teachers engaged in information technology courses in primary and secondary schools.

The first and second batch of education master training units independently determine the enrollment disciplines according to school conditions, training ability and social needs, and must have the right to grant master's degrees in related disciplines. The third and fourth batch of education postgraduate training units are limited to 3-5 disciplines in the established disciplines, and must also have the right to award master's degrees in related disciplines. Each unit needs to register the enrollment discipline with the National Education Steering Committee for Master of Education every year, and the specific matters will be notified separately by the Education Steering Committee.
