3500 words of internship report of college students' electronics factory I. Preface
More than a month before the summer vacation, I was thinking about how to spend such a long summer vacation. After all, this is the first summer vacation in college. First of all, my first thought is to participate in social practice and exercise myself in the factory. First, as a child coming out of the countryside, he has the spirit of hard work. Secondly, because I am still a freshman, I have just come into contact with professional knowledge, and I have not learned enough to use it. So the best choice is to enter the factory, enter the society, learn social experience and improve yourself.
Second, my job search process.
This summer's job search process can be described as twists and turns. At the end of the semester, a sophomore introduced us to a Jingzhi Gift Packaging Co., Ltd. in Shanghai as a summer job. Because it is a packaging factory with a little connection with their major, a dozen students in our class decided to go to Shanghai together with their parents' consent after knowing the situation in detail. After telling the counselor about this decision, the teacher, out of concern for us, asked to communicate with the parents face to face and understand their meaning. Some parents wavered in the idea of letting us listen to the teacher. Finally, they finally explained it clearly and dispelled their parents' concerns. They are all waiting to leave for Shanghai in July 1, but the news we got while waiting was that we couldn't go. The senior who introduced us said that a group of summer workers left early. I was bent on going to Shanghai at first, but I didn't find another job. In desperation, I had to pack my bags and go home.
"Efforts may not succeed, but giving up will definitely fail" is my experience in finding a job in early summer. When I got home, my father introduced me to a leather factory near my home. Strictly speaking, it can only be regarded as a manual workshop. Without any rules and regulations, it didn't work at all, so I only worked for one day and never went there again. In the next few days, my classmates and I went to all the shops, supermarkets and factories and got the same answer: "We only accept long-term jobs, not summer jobs". Continuous blows let me know the difficulty of finding a job! But I still didn't give up.
Later, under the introduction of others, I went to work in Lujiang Lianzhong Electronics Factory not far from home for more than 40 days.
Third, my practical content.
Lujiang Lianzhong Electronics Factory is a processing enterprise, and its end customers are well-known manufacturers such as Sony, Lenovo, Hewlett-Packard and Haier.
On the afternoon of July 10, we were arranged by the personnel department, and the workshop director gave us a group. After registration, the team leader gave us a brief introduction to the rules and regulations of the workshop, and then led us to visit the production line and arranged for us to study in different positions for one day.
On July 13**, we officially took up the production post. This workshop is an assembly line production. There are six people in an assembly line, which is divided into five stations, namely, appearance inspection station, pressure-resistant station, alignment station, testing station and general inspection station. My job is in the appearance inspection station, and my task is to check the appearance of materials, mainly as follows:
1) Check the material seal to see whether it is clear and correct, whether it is stamped at the designated position, and whether there is shedding pollution; 2) Check the tape: check whether the tape is damaged or not, and whether the copper wire is exposed due to the tape problem; 3) Check whether the iron core is damaged or missing; 4) Check the foot position: check whether the length is consistent, whether there is bending, whether there is foreign body stuck, whether there is missing welding, etc.
After the visual inspection is ok, you can go to the next stop for inspection. It will take some time to get familiar with this station. In addition, the appearance inspection must be done carefully. At the same time, there are strict rules and regulations in the workshop, and every employee is strictly required to help me get rid of the laziness and other problems I developed before.
Fourth, the result of my practice.
In more than a month's work, I also found some shortcomings of the factory:
1) The employees in the factory are highly mobile and cannot keep skilled long-term workers. Generally, employees only work for a few months; 2) The overall cultural level and ideological and moral quality of employees are not high, and the sense of teamwork is not strong, and they only care about personal interests; 3) The wages of long-term workers and short-term workers, skilled workers and new employees are basically the same, which can not arouse the enthusiasm of employees well, and the welfare expenditure of factory employees is too small; 4) There are some shortcomings in the work of Materials Department and Guan Cang Department, which can't provide materials for the production line in time, which often leads to the shutdown of the production line due to lack of materials; 5) Many machines in the factory are old and often break down, which affects the linear speed of production, resulting in more complaints from employees and less income; 6) Enterprises do not have their own unique culture and need to strengthen cultural construction; Lack of independent intellectual property rights, because it attracts more talents and strengthens the innovation consciousness of enterprises; 7) The factory still implements the punch card system, and the phenomenon of employees punching cards is serious, so advanced timing tools such as fingerprints should be adopted; The staff accommodation environment needs to be improved.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) My summary of practice
After more than a month of social practice, I have learned a lot through my own efforts, whether in thought, study or business. The following is my experience:
1) I know how to adapt to the environmental changes from school to society. People around me have completely changed their roles and get along in a completely different way. 2) Secondly, my employment mentality has changed greatly. I have always wanted to find a job that suits my hobbies and majors. Now I know that it is not easy to find a job, and many things can only be touched when I step into the society. So now I can't wait for the opportunity as before. I should get rid of my dependence on the school as soon as possible, learn to be independent in society, dare to compete with society and dare to bear social pressure. 3) I realize the importance of "team spirit and * * cooperation" in my work. Everyone's views on everything will not be exactly the same, but mutual understanding, tolerance and cooperation will reduce differences and work will be smoother and smoother. 4) Be good at communicating with people and correctly handle all aspects of relations; When things happen, you should calmly deal with what you can't handle, and you should consult others humbly; You can't always think about how much you get at work. Ask yourself how much you have paid, and others will see what you have done.
Through this social practice, I got a lot of exercise, updated my ideas, absorbed new ideas and knowledge, and laid a solid foundation for more intense competition in the future. In my future study and life, I will straighten my mind, position myself correctly, study harder and strive to improve my comprehensive quality to meet the requirements of the times.
