The school has headquarters, Pengzhou Campus and Rennan Campus, with a campus area of nearly 3,000 mu. The school headquarters is located in Pidu District, Chengdu, a famous historical and cultural city in China, to the west of Wang Congdi Township, the hometown of Yang Xiong, and the Minjiang River winds through the campus from Dujiangyan. 1982, the State Council Academic Degrees Committee approved the school as the first batch of bachelor's degree awarding units.
