1, Yuan Feng
Professor college of architecture and urban planning, chief architect of Chuangmeng International. Fair-faced concrete is one of the most commonly used building materials for teacher Yuan Feng. There are two successful cast-in-place full concrete projects:
The five-dimensional teahouse was built on 20 1 1. The project is located in the backyard base of the J-office office area of Chuangmeng International, which is extremely cramped, with three walls and only one direction facing a backyard with a swimming pool. At the same time, the demand for space in the whole building is greatly limited by an existing big tree.
The whole building is divided into three parts in layout, with the relatively public open space facing the backyard, the tea room on the first floor and the library on the second floor. At the same time, a triangular platform extends from the library on the second floor to wrap the existing trees, so that the trees and the building itself can be integrated.
Comparing the real photos with the model, in terms of the texture of fair-faced concrete, the completed effect is still far from the original design intention! FAB-UNION SPACE on the west bank was built on 20 15, which is located in the cultural and artistic zone on the west bank of Xuhui Riverside. Dynamic nonlinear space forming is based on structural performance optimization and space dynamic forming. The whole process uses various design methods such as stone cutting, projection geometry and algorithmic shaping.
The main materials of this project happen to be the two favorite materials of architects: fair-faced concrete and logs. The school curriculum design is not so capricious! Teacher Yuan Feng's design methods and theories of these two projects are basically the same. In my opinion, the gap reflected after completion is mainly the progress of construction technology. The latter is four years later than the former, absorbing the experience of the former, and is more detailed in detail control and space processing.
2. Liu Yichun &; Chen Yifeng
Visiting professor of Tongji University and chief architect of Dashe Architectural Design Office, this project may be guessed by everyone. The West Coast Pavilion of Shanghai Dragon Art Museum was built on 20 14, located on the Huangpu River, the core of the "West Coast Cultural Corridor" of Xuhui Riverside.
As for this project, I have experienced it myself. 14 years, which was just completed at that time, but I didn't visit the art at that time. There are no separate columns on the ground of the art museum, all of which are "umbrella arch" structures combined with the wall. As can be seen from the figure, the roof, floor and wall are all very thick, so that the long-span can meet the mechanical requirements without beams and columns. The construction technology of this project has been improved, the details of the site are handled perfectly, and the radian and texture are also handled very well.
3. Zhang Bin and Zhou Wei
As a visiting professor of Tongji University and the chief architect of Zheng Zhi Architectural Studio, the management room of Nangupu water pump gate was built on 20 15, located in the south of Nangupu River in Anting Town, Jiading District. I never imagined that someone would be willing to spend so much thought on a pumping station. Of course, this also shows that the design market in China has gradually penetrated into some small areas that we usually don't pay much attention to. So, don't make excuses for your monotonous dog life, even if it is an equipment room, try to design a flower for it!
The texture of this project is much larger than that of Mr. Yuan Feng, which is related to the observation distance of people. Mr. Yuan Feng's texture is mainly used indoors. This project is more about using a wall to build a space, and the requirements for the fineness of texture are slightly weak. Although it is a random and irregular window opening, will it be too casual? Therefore, in addition to expressing the beauty of materials, concrete is also beneficial to the shaping of space.
4. Zhu Xiaofeng
As a visiting professor of Tongji University and the chief architect of Shanshuixiu Architecture Firm, Dongyuan Qian Xun Community Center was built on 20 17, located in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou City, facing Huqiu Wetland Park across the road in the south. In fact, this project is not fair-faced concrete. It is painted with a layer of white paint under the control of teacher Zhu Xiaofeng's pure white aesthetics. Although it is not fair-faced concrete, it is very detailed in texture convenience.
