It shows that China West Normal University has enrolled a class of students, that is, a school, and has been successfully selected into the national excellent talent education and training plan and the "double first-class" construction plan of Sichuan Province. It is the first provincial university in the province to be awarded the "Selected Graduates Base for Excellent College Students in Sichuan Province" and the only provincial university among the first batch of provincial key Marxist colleges.
