The new campus is in the suburbs, south of the South Second Ring Road, covering an area of nearly 2,500 mu. Infrastructure construction is basically completed, and the campus scenery is good. There is a large open space here, and it is planned to build a comprehensive library with high technology content in a few years and become a landmark building of HKUST.

The middle campus has an excellent geographical location, belonging to the absolute center of Shijiazhuang, bordering Hebei Daily in the west and East Campus of Hebei Normal University in the east. The area is a little small and a little old, but sparrows are small and complete, and there are many trees.
