Legal analysis: All full-time first-year undergraduate students studying in ordinary colleges and universities in Shanghai, who have good moral character and good health, have completed the first academic year (completed the fixed courses or credits in their colleges and universities) and passed the exam (there is no record of failing in the first-year transcripts), can sign up for the placement exam. Registration conditions, enrollment quotas, assessment methods and admission methods are determined by pilot universities.
