College of Animal Science and Technology/College of Animal Medicine of Shandong Agricultural University is the second-level college of Shandong Agricultural University, and its discipline is also the traditional dominant discipline of the school. College of Animal Science and Technology (College of Animal Science and Technology) was formerly the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Shandong Agricultural College, which was founded in 1949. 1994+0 was renamed the College of Animal Science and Technology, which was established in June 2006 (co-located with the College of Animal Science and Technology). The college has grown from 7 teachers and 35 students in the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine at the beginning to 1 14 faculty, 1946 undergraduates, 4 18 postgraduates (including 43 doctoral students) and 18 postdoctoral staff. Over the years, the college has trained a large number of professional and technical talents in animal husbandry, veterinary medicine and aquaculture for Shandong Province and even the whole country, and most of the graduates have achieved excellent results in their respective posts.
