"Evil Sea Flower" is "a high patriotic spirit and radical revolutionary tendency, which makes people deaf and deafening." Such a high opinion is as empty as "the bourgeois revolution is on the rise". Yuan Bianyun "sounded the alarm at the beginning of the 20th century". The "first leaf" of a century has a wide time range, so it should be more specific to issue a specific "alarm" sound that "eighteen provinces have long been lost". What does Bian Yuan-yun mean by "condemnation novels in the late Qing Dynasty"? "Based on the novels of the late Qing Dynasty" [2] The wonders witnessed in the past twenty years, the official appearance and the travel notes of the old disabled, are they "novels of the late Qing Dynasty"? The expression of Bianyuan is often so "novel". If the other three of the four condemnation novels are "general condemnation novels", is Nie Haihua a a special condemnation novel?
Weng Qibin and Li Dingguang believe that the main defects of the History of Literature edited by Yuan Lie are shown in three aspects: the style is not rigorous; Unreasonable supplement; The bottom of the analysis. The History of Literature edited by Yuan supplemented the article in the fifth volume of Song Literature, which was found not only in Guo's Zhu, but also in other textbooks of China literature history. "History of Literature" compiled by Guo said that "whatever is added, there must be something". We might as well use this as a standard to measure whether the original article Si Liu is dispensable. Benyuan supplemented Ouyang Xiu's Si Liu (omitted) in the first section of the third chapter of the fifth volume of Essays, Ci Fu and Si Liu.
