In principle, Jilin University transfers admission to disciplines (categories) and majors (fields) with insufficient qualified students.

1. Transfer candidates must meet the professional admission conditions stipulated in our school's enrollment regulations and enrollment professional catalogue.

2. Transfer candidates must meet the basic requirements of the national preliminary test scores (Class A candidates), the basic requirements of the preliminary test scores of Jilin University, the first volunteer major, and the basic requirements of the preliminary test scores of the transfer major.

3. The adjustment major of the adjustment candidates should be the same as or similar to their first volunteer major. The initial examination subjects are the same or similar to those of the major, and the unified examination subjects should be the same in principle.

4. First, candidates who wish to apply for a master's degree in business administration and public administration can apply for mutual transfer on the basis of meeting the requirements for applying for a major, but they may not be transferred to other majors; Candidates from other majors are not allowed to transfer to the above majors.

5. 1. Candidates who voluntarily apply for the professional degree of Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) shall not be transferred to other majors, and candidates from other majors shall not be transferred to this major.

6. Candidates who apply for professional degrees (clinical medicine and stomatology) in master of medicine can transfer to other majors according to relevant policies, and candidates who apply for other majors (including medical degrees) cannot transfer to professional degrees in clinical medicine.

7 candidates who apply for the "high-level talent plan for ethnic minorities" shall not be transferred to the plan for admission; Those who have not applied for the exam may not be transferred to the plan. Candidates who participate in the strong military aid program in Tibet are not allowed to adjust.

8. The candidates for intra-school transfer should fill in the "Application Form for Intra-school Transfer" (downloaded from the Admissions Network of Jilin University) and send it to the colleges (institutes and centers) that receive the transfer candidates. The summary list of all units to be transferred shall be submitted to the Admissions Office in a unified manner, and online transfer can only be carried out after approval.

9. All transfer candidates must be transferred online through the "National Postgraduate Enrollment Transfer Service System" (website) designated by the Ministry of Education, otherwise it will be invalid. (except for candidates with extra points and candidates who enjoy minority policies)

The duration of each opening of the spreading system shall not be less than 12 hours. Enter oneself for an examination of the same enrollment unit, the same major, and the same preliminary examination subject, all colleges (institutes, centers) shall select the candidates who enter the re-examination according to the preliminary examination results of the candidates. It is not allowed to use non-academic criteria such as the time sequence of candidates' submission of adjustment volunteers as the selection basis.

Candidates' voluntary lock-up and adjustment time is set by each college (institute, center) independently, and the longest time is no more than 36 hours. After the lock-up time comes, if the enrollment unit does not explicitly accept the opinion, the lock-up will be lifted and candidates can continue to fill in other volunteers.
