The application conditions are mainly the requirements for the applicant and the application items. First, the object must be overseas students who go abroad to study for doctoral degrees or master's or doctoral degrees. 2. Applicants from foreign universities must be first-class foreign universities and first-class majors (involving key areas and their priority themes, major projects, cutting-edge technologies, basic research and learning majors in the national medium-and long-term science and technology development plan, or majors engaged in humanities and applied social sciences that are difficult to obtain tuition funding). At the same time, students applying for subsidized tuition fees must obtain a formal admission notice from abroad, and foreign languages must meet the admission requirements of foreign universities. 3. The tuition assistance for overseas students takes the form of student application, school recommendation and expert review. The qualifications of candidates for affiliated university projects are applied by individuals to affiliated schools, which are generated on the basis of expert evaluation by schools. Then the school will report to the National Scholarship Fund Committee, and the National Scholarship Fund Committee will organize experts to review the candidates recommended by the school, determine the list of people who plan to subsidize tuition fees and the funding period, and report it to the International Department and the Finance Department of the Ministry of Education for approval. 4.
