You can change your major.

At the beginning of school, you can find a counselor (there are several counselors in each class) to get some detailed information.

If you don't transfer at the beginning of the semester, you should fill in the application at the end of the first semester. After the second semester is approved, you should be able to transfer directly with the professional courses.

It will be more difficult if you don't change your major in your freshman year, but it is possible, but changing your major will be downgraded.
