The Center for Collaborative Innovation of Judicial Civilization was established by China University of Political Science and Law, Jilin University and Wuhan University in response to the spirit of the third national project "20 1 1 plan" of higher education system. China University of Political Science and Law as the leading university, Jilin University and Wuhan University as the main participating universities, and the public security organs. * * * There are 38 domestic cooperative units (3 universities, 30 judicial organs such as courts and procuratorates, and 5 trade organizations), including 8 foreign universities, research institutes and 6 foreign professors. Among the full-time researchers in the Center, there are 69 from China University of Political Science and Law, 38 from Jilin University and 23 from Wuhan University. The center has a board of directors, an academic committee, a joint meeting of directors of the center, a central office and a joint secretariat, and the director responsibility system is implemented under the leadership of the board of directors and the academic committee.
