The first participant

Ordinary undergraduate and junior college students who are registered in our college and meet the conditions for scholarship evaluation.

Article 2 Scholarship categories and evaluation conditions

I. Grade scholarships

(a) special scholarship (at the same time awarded the honorary title of "excellent student pacesetter")

1, there are no failed subjects in compulsory courses and limited courses this school year, with an average score of more than 90 points;

2, the comprehensive quality evaluation results for the first class and excellent grades;

3. Students in Grade 2 and above have reached the national standard in the foreign language proficiency test;

4. Meet the eligibility criteria stipulated in the "Students' Physical Health Standards".

(two) the first, second and third scholarships (at the same time awarded the honorary title of "three good students")

1. Those who failed in compulsory courses and limited courses this year. Among them, those who enjoy the first-class scholarship have an average score of more than 85 points in compulsory courses and limited courses.

2, the comprehensive evaluation order is good and above;

3. The foreign language proficiency test of students in Grade 2 and above has reached the minimum qualified line stipulated by the school;

Second, individual awards

Article 3 In any of the following circumstances, the qualification for scholarship selection shall be cancelled.

1. Those who have been disciplined this school year;

Article 4 The control proportion and quota of all kinds of scholarships

Special scholarship: the proportion of the total number of students is ≤2‰, and the reward amount is 4,000 yuan.

First-class scholarship: ≤ 5% of the total number of students, and the reward amount is 2000 yuan.

Second-class scholarship: ≤ 8% of the total number of students, and the reward amount is 1000 yuan.

Single award: ≤ 65438+ 00% of the total number of students, and the award amount is 200 yuan.

Article 5 Scholarship evaluation institutions

The college set up an award leading group, which consists of the competent leaders of the college, the heads of the student affairs office, the academic affairs office, the Youth League Committee and other relevant departments; Each department and engineering department set up an award-winning working group, and its members were organized by each department.

Sixth scholarship evaluation time

Grade scholarships and individual awards are assessed once every academic year. The specific time is:

1, and the evaluation time of non-graduate scholarships is from the beginning of September to the beginning of each academic year 10;

2, undergraduate scholarship evaluation time for the fourth academic year (or fifth academic year) from mid May to mid June; The junior college graduation class is from mid-May to mid-June of the third academic year.

1. Evaluation principles: "fairness", "justice" and "openness";

1. Students submit their own written applications to their classes and submit them to counselors. The application form includes the categories of awards and related materials. (Individual applications must be submitted within the specified time. Those who exceed the prescribed time shall be deemed to have given up the scholarship evaluation automatically. )

2. Each class conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the basis of completing the academic year appraisal work;

3. According to the scholarship evaluation conditions and comprehensive evaluation scores, the evaluation team of each department determines the preliminary evaluation list in strict accordance with the ranking ratio, which is verified by each department and reported to the Student Affairs Office;

4. The Student Affairs Office shall review the application list of special scholarship applicants and personal written application materials, and report them to the College Award Leading Group;

5. The scholarship evaluation results are examined and approved by the leading group of college students' awards, and will be commended by the college after being publicized in the whole hospital without objection.

6. During the whole evaluation process, if students have any questions about the evaluation process, they can report them to the award-winning working groups of each department and the award-winning leading group of the college step by step within the specified time, and the award-winning working groups of each department and the award-winning leading group of the college will reply to those who reflect the questions within 15 working days.

Article 8 forms of awards and methods for granting scholarships

First, the scholarship funds are co-ordinated by the college, commended by the college and awarded honorary certificates;

Article 9 The results of scholarship evaluation shall be recorded in the student academic year appraisal form of the College of Science and Technology of Three Gorges University by all departments, and shall be included in the students' personal files.
