Zhang Yulin (1958—), a native of Qianyang, Baoji, Shaanxi, Lieutenant General 1. He has served as Dean of Equipment Command and Technology College, Commander of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center Base of General Armament Department of China People's Liberation Army, President of National University of Defense Technology (Deputy Military Region) and other posts 1, and Vice Minister of General Armament Department of China People's Liberation Army 2. He is currently the deputy director of the Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission.
