Postgraduate enrollment guidance group
The establishment of mechanical engineering college graduate enrollment guidance group (hereinafter referred to as the guidance group), responsible for the leadership, organization and implementation of graduate enrollment.
Responsibilities of the steering group:
1. Formulate 20 19 enrollment rules for graduate students of engineering management in School of Mechanical Engineering, Guizhou University;
2. Determine the re-examination list (including transfer students) according to the basic requirements of 20 19 postgraduate re-examination qualification related disciplines, and determine the proposed admission list according to the candidates' re-examination;
3. Organize the enrollment of the School of Mechanical Engineering and be responsible for organizing the second interview (including written examination and interview);
4 set up an expert review team, determine the list of members of the expert review team, and supervise and guide the work of the expert review team;
5. Conduct policy, business and discipline training for the members of the expert review team and relevant staff;
6, responsible for determining the proposition teacher in the second interview stage, in accordance with the national confidentiality requirements, organize the life system and keep the second interview questions of this unit;
7. Be responsible for determining the specific content, grading standards and procedures of candidates' interviews, and organize their implementation;
8. Be responsible for reviewing the re-examination records and results of the re-examination teams of various majors;
9. Other related matters.
The steering group consists of the Admissions Office (hereinafter referred to as the Office), which is responsible for handling the daily affairs of graduate enrollment.
