1 Military Engineering College of China People's Liberation Army. China People's Liberation Army Military Engineering College is located in Harbin, commonly known as Harbin Military Engineering College, referred to as "Harbin Military Industry"; General Chen Juan, the first president and political commissar of Harbin Military Industry, started construction on 1952, and held the first groundbreaking ceremony on April 25th 1953 and September 1 day.
