1 Military Engineering College of China People's Liberation Army. China People's Liberation Army Military Engineering College is located in Harbin, commonly known as Harbin Military Engineering College, referred to as "Harbin Military Industry"; General Chen Juan, the first president and political commissar of Harbin Military Industry, started construction on 1952, and held the first groundbreaking ceremony on April 25th 1953 and September 1 day.

Harbin military industry has 10 departments, including Air Force (Xigong University), Artillery (Nanjing University of Science and Technology), Navy (Engineering), Armored Forces (Engineering Corps), Engineering Corps (PLA Army Engineering University) and Chemical Defense Corps (Chemical Defense Academy).

There are five departments and one preparatory course: the first department of air force engineering, the second department of artillery engineering, the third department of naval engineering, the fourth department of armored engineering, the fifth department of engineering engineering and the preparatory course. From 65438 to 0959, the Central Military Commission decided to change the training target of the college to military engineers engaged in research, design and manufacturing, and implemented the policy of concentrating cutting-edge specialties and dispersing conventional specialties.
