I used to think, "What are you living for?" I've been struggling with this for a long time. Finally, I found the result that made me very satisfied: "Looking back suddenly", and the answer turned out to be my name-"Serving the people"! Therefore, for me, the meaningful thing is "education", that is, "helping others". This is the purpose of love society, so I really want to be the president! Please give me a chance!
At the beginning, when I was preparing to choose, I was worried that there was not enough time, because the course of solid state physics for half a year was our concentrated housekeeping skill. Besides, I entered the lab very late and was busy doing experiments. But then I thought, what am I busy with GPA and doing experiments for? In order to apply for a good school. What's the point of applying for a good school? You can better educate people after returning home. However, isn't teaching and educating people in the future the same as being the president of the love society now? ! Can affect a group of people. And it may have a greater impact, and the campaign strategy will be explained later. Besides, since I can help people now, why wait? ! So I took part in the election without hesitation, and I will go all out.
In order to run for the election, I asked President Yang some questions about the purpose of the club, the responsibilities of the president and the election skills last night. Yang Zong was very enthusiastic and sent me some minutes of previous meetings for my reference. Thanks again. Then I thought about it all night. Today, I spent most of the day preparing my speech and simulated it several times in my room. I firmly believe that "everything depends on human effort", I hope you can give me some support!

1. Continue to strengthen the internal construction of the team and cultivate members' sense of belonging to the community.
(1), make members' self-introduction more detailed, consolidate a hobby, promote people with similar interests to play ball games and run together, prepare GRE and TOEFL together, and discuss learning problems together. If everyone is embarrassed to do it by themselves, then we will strongly invite them in the name of the love society, and we will be fine when we get acquainted. BTW, exercise is such a thing that someone will urge you not to forget it! I always forget like myself!
(2) In the self-introduction of members, fill in some contents that may be helpful to others. For example, it's an introduction to Japanese for me (I studied Japanese for a semester, but I basically know how to get started, and I can always help people who want to learn Japanese but can't start, so things like this belong to things that can help others, so you don't have to be good at it, just know. For example, if you know something about boxing appreciation, you can write it down, even if you haven't played boxing), I can also know the preparation for GRE and TOEFL, and I can also recommend reference books for condensed professional compulsory courses, and so on.
(3) Strengthen alumni contact, invite some alumni back to school for exchange as needed, and engage in scientific research and farming if necessary!
(4) Strengthen the construction of the forum, and put the club introduction, meeting minutes, the process and expenses of various activities from preparation to completion, and the growth story of the love club on the forum for future generations to consult;
⑤. Encourage everyone to use campus and QQ to strengthen contact. Watch less sharing videos and keep more diaries on campus, which can open a window for others to get to know you. Some inconvenient apologies or thanks can also be well expressed through messages and diaries, which is a good way of silent communication. And according to my rough statistics, only 120% of school journals are written by friends themselves, and the rest are basically shared or reprinted. Therefore, as a member of the caring society, we should set an example, use the Internet to better promote interpersonal communication, better convey love and dominate college students' thoughts.
2. Actively promote the growth and external construction of associations.
(1), strengthen friendship.
For example, it is good to combine special education with schools such as Anda and Polytechnic University, or to promote it in colleges and universities, combine arts and sciences, and teach more friends. On this occasion, everyone must take the initiative and remember the last friendship between our class and Ann University. If I hadn't the cheek to find other girls, they wouldn't know to ask for it in person. I don't know how to invite people to play together, so I have to take the initiative!
(2) Invite some people moved by China to communicate and convey their love. You can also ask Kai-Fu Lee and others to talk about it, such as asking him to talk about "How do students who are obsessed with games plan their future careers" and so on. I don't think it should be particularly difficult to invite celebrities if the love society does well.
(3) Most importantly, if you become president, pay attention to the following aspects:
Let members volunteer to guide a younger brother and sister and a primary and secondary school student. Of course, if you have the ability, the more the better! Moreover, when the organization is mature, we can call on students outside the club and even students from other schools to participate!
I still want to talk about my personal experience first. I was admitted to HKUST by examination, and my self-study ability is very poor. After I went to college, I was as confused as being abandoned. As the saying goes, "the master leads the door to see the individual", but I was thrown away before I entered the door. That kind of confusion is really painful! I don't know how to learn in college, those things are important, and I don't know what I should do in the future, so I'm confused. And because it is rural, it is relatively dull. I didn't apply for BBS until my freshman year. At that time, I thought my brother would post on BBS to find the owner after picking up my MP3, but I didn't know that BBS had this version! Sophomore students only know how to use BBS, how to read notices on it, buy second-hand goods and ask for long letters from teachers in the station. I didn't know how to make good use of campus network until my junior year, what is robot competition, what is mathematical modeling and so on. And I didn't know what "going into the lab" was until this semester. Also, which reference books to use, which courses need more time or which chapters are more difficult, you have to listen carefully from these chapters ... these are very simple questions, which can obviously be solved in a few minutes.
However, I wasted a lot of time and took many detours because I didn't cultivate my self-study ability well and was not good at communication. Especially in the process of preparing for GRE, it is particularly painful. I know, in fact, there are many people who stay like me. I often hear people around me say, "Hey, it's good to have a brother in my hometown." . I think these people really need someone who has experienced it to stand up and give them a hand!
I think all of you here should support it, because if you spend only a few hours helping your brothers and sisters instead of taking dozens of detours because of the teacher's help, then everyone will eventually make a profit and "help others help themselves"! Okay, why not do it! Besides, we are loved, and we know how to be grateful!

Besides, why add another primary and secondary school student?
I still thought of my own experience. I took a detour because I didn't know anything about my major, career and ideal before I entered the university, and I didn't know what I was studying for. I was at a loss when I entered the university. I think many people are like me, because there are many people around me who are addicted to games. These people didn't degenerate when they first went to college, but they were confused and empty.
Therefore, if helping our school's schoolmates is at best a temporary solution, it is the most fundamental to help primary and secondary school students.
You can help by phone, QQ, telephone, home visit, email, and inviting the other party to visit the school. One hour a month is basically enough. You can also help them buy books, guide their studies and so on. It can also be used as a link to reflect children's thoughts to parents. I think, if you are a high school student, how happy you will be when you know that you can help college students for a period of time.
For the difficulties encountered in helping, we can raise them at the group meeting and discuss them together. After the solution, send the results to BBS for future reference.
