Harbin university of science and technology, Harbin Normal University, Qiqihar Medical College, Changchun University of Technology, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, Qinghai University for Nationalities, Xinjiang Normal University and Xinjiang Agricultural University. The school has 5 Mongolian teachers and more than 500 Mongolian students. The school resumed offering Mongolian language classes on 1995, and began to train Mongolian exchange students on behalf of Hebei Province on 1996. The number of exchange students has increased from 5 in 1995 to 20 in 120 now, and all of them are undergraduate students of category 2 or above. The scope of communication has expanded from the initial Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to the six provinces of Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Xinjiang, Gansu and Qinghai.
