Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant state regulations in order to further standardize enrollment procedures and ensure fairness, impartiality and openness in enrollment.

Article 2 The full name of the school is Guangxi Normal University, with the department code 10602 and the English name "Guangxi Normal University", and the registered address isNo. 15, Yucai Road, Guilin, Guangxi. The school has three campuses: Wangcheng, Yucai and Yanshan.

Article 3 Schools are public full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning. It is one of the three institutions of higher learning jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The higher authority is Guangxi Education Department, which trains all kinds of professionals, including undergraduates, master students, doctoral students, adult higher education and foreign students.

Article 4 These Articles of Association are only applicable to full-time undergraduate enrollment of Guangxi Normal University.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 5 The Admissions Office shall organize and implement the enrollment work under the unified leadership of the school party committee and school administration. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the school set up an admissions committee to be responsible for full-time undergraduate enrollment. The Admissions Office is the permanent institution of the school, which is responsible for handling the daily affairs of full-time undergraduate enrollment. Its main responsibilities are: to implement the provisions of the Ministry of Education on enrollment, as well as the supplementary provisions or implementation rules of the competent departments and relevant provincial enrollment committees, organize enrollment publicity work, and actively disclose all kinds of enrollment data and information.

Article 6 The School Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Ministry of Supervision and the School Admissions Committee shall supervise and inspect the enrollment work, and investigate and deal with the enrollment complaints and related enrollment violations.

Chapter IV Access Principles

Article 8 According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, the supplementary provisions and detailed rules for the implementation of the relevant provincial admissions committees, and in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, we will make a comprehensive investigation of morality, intelligence and physique and select the best candidates.

Article 9 Full-time undergraduate freshmen enrolled in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region are enrolled in batches, and general arts and sciences majors (excluding English-Chinese inter-school exchange programs) are the first batch of undergraduate enrollment; The second batch of Chinese and foreign intercollegiate exchange programs was accepted in undergraduate course.

The admission of candidates from outside Guangxi shall be conducted in accordance with the admission batches and methods arranged by the provincial admissions department where the candidates are registered. The provinces (cities) that implement the college entrance examination reform are strictly in accordance with the requirements of elective subjects announced in advance by the school and the plans and related measures announced by the provinces. Candidates need to meet the requirements of the school's professional subjects.

Article 10 For the majors who volunteer to file in order, priority is given to the online candidates who fill in the first choice of our school, and non-first choice candidates are admitted when the number of first volunteers is insufficient.

According to parallel volunteer Toudang major, in the case of insufficient students, in principle, voluntary recruitment is carried out for this major, and the measures for voluntary recruitment are implemented according to the requirements of provincial documents.

Eleventh schools according to the detailed rules of the provinces (cities, districts) to determine the proportion of filing. The proportion of enrollment in our school is generally controlled within 1: 1.05, and the specific proportion is formulated according to the students' situation and the document requirements of the enrollment provinces.

Article 12 According to the teachers' situation, the foreign language courses and related professional courses of the school do not meet the requirements for offering non-English languages, so please fill in the non-English language candidates carefully. After entering school, foreign language teaching for non-foreign language majors only arranges English courses.

Thirteenth enrollment plans are determined in principle according to the published enrollment plans of various majors. When there is a big gap in online enrollment among majors in the admission process, the number of enrollment plans of each major should be appropriately adjusted under the premise of unchanged overall plan, so as to reduce the enrollment plans of majors with insufficient online enrollment and correspondingly increase the enrollment plans of majors with sufficient enrollment.

Article 14 Regarding the admission of majors in literature, history and science and engineering, candidates will be arranged according to the professional volunteer level, and the first and second professional volunteer levels will be 3 points; The difference between the second and third professional volunteer grades is 2 points; The difference between the third major and the fourth major is1; Four, five, six professional volunteers as parallel volunteer, there is no grade difference. Under the same conditions, candidates with high scores in major-related subjects, high academic level in high school and provincial (including provincial) awards will be given priority.

Fifteenth on the admission of several special majors.

(a) Chinese language and literature (national Chinese basic classes, undergraduate and postgraduate training courses) requires that the original score of single subject language and English should not be less than 1 10 in principle.

(2) Preschool education requires candidates to have a certain literary foundation in music, dance, painting, reading and so on.

(3) Foreign language majors (excluding Chinese-foreign intercollegiate exchange programs) require that their oral English test scores be "qualified" or above.

(D) Chinese international education requires candidates to have a good English foundation. In the third academic year (the 5th and 6th semesters), exchange students are sent to Korea, Thailand and other countries for one-year practical education and study of Chinese. This academic year, domestic tuition fees will be exempted, and the expenses for going abroad will be taken care of. South Korea is about 40,000-50,000 RMB (including tuition, accommodation and living expenses abroad), and Thailand and other countries are about 3-3.5 RMB. This major only admits candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers.

(5) Tourism management, hotel management and tourism management (according to the training situation of vocational education teachers) in principle require that the height of boys should be no less than 165 cm and that of girls should be no less than 157 cm. In addition, some outstanding students majoring in tourism management and hotel management can apply to choose the "3+ 1" training mode, studying in China for 3 years and studying abroad 1 year. In the third academic year (the fifth and sixth semesters), exchange students are sent to universities and tourism institutions in Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam and other countries for one-year professional study and internship. This academic year, domestic tuition fees will be exempted, and the expenses for going abroad will be taken care of. Thailand and other countries are about 30,000-35,000 yuan.

(6) Korean major, you can choose the training mode of "3+ 1", "2+2" or "studying in our school". "3+ 1" training mode, junior or senior, went to Korea for a one-year professional study in the mode of mutual exchange between Chinese and foreign schools. This year, we are exempt from paying domestic tuition fees, and the expenses for going abroad are self-care. Foreign credits can be converted into credits for corresponding courses in the training plan. Under the "2+2" dual-degree training mode, students can study in a Korean school that has signed a "2+2" cooperation with our school for two years, and students can be exempted from paying domestic tuition for two years, and the expenses for going abroad will be borne by themselves.

(7) With regard to the admission of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools, only candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers are admitted to this kind of major. The Chinese-foreign inter-school exchange program (English major) requires that the original score of English subject should be no less than 90 in principle, and there is no requirement for oral English.

1. Sino-American inter-school exchange program (English major)

This major cooperates with the University of Wisconsin-Lacrose. Implement the "2+2" double bachelor's degree model for training. In the first two years of studying in China, the tuition fee is charged at 6.5438+0.8 million yuan/year; In the last two years of studying in the United States, the tuition fee is about10.5 million US dollars/year. Students who are unable (or unwilling) to study in the United States should apply for diversion to other ordinary undergraduate majors according to the relevant regulations of the school, and the school will examine and approve them according to the professional situation. After the diversion, students pay tuition fees according to the professional charging standard of diversion. After the diversion, the selected professional academic system is ***5 years (that is, 2+3 mode).

2. Sino-British inter-school exchange program (English major).

This major cooperates with the University of Grindal in the United Kingdom, and implements the "2+2" double bachelor's degree mode for training. In the first two years of studying in China, the tuition fee is charged at 6.5438+0.8 million yuan/year; In the last two years of studying in Britain, the tuition fee is around 9000 pounds/year. Students who are unable (or unwilling) to study in the UK should apply for diversion to other ordinary undergraduate majors in the school according to the relevant regulations of the school, and the school will conduct examination and approval according to the professional situation. After the diversion, students pay tuition fees according to the professional charging standard of diversion. After the diversion, the selected professional academic system is ***5 years (that is, 2+3 mode).

3. Sino-Canadian inter-school exchange program (English major).

This major cooperates with Renison College, University of Waterloo, Canada, and organizes talent training programs between China and Canada to study in the whole country. This major trains advanced compound talents with "English+major" ability structure urgently needed by the society, and the tuition fee for the first two years is 6.5438+0.8 million yuan/year; Two years later, according to the relevant regulations of the school, the application will be diverted to other ordinary undergraduate majors in the school, and the school will examine and approve according to the professional situation. 4. Sino-foreign cooperative education project (visual communication design major).

This major is a "4+0" project approved by the Ministry of Education, which is jointly organized by Guangxi Normal University and Seoul University of Korea. Students have completed four years of undergraduate study in our school, of which Hanseo University is responsible for one third of the professional courses, and the tuition fee is charged at 40,000 yuan/year. At the same time, project students can also choose to apply for the "2+2" dual-degree inter-school exchange program jointly organized by the two universities and study in hanseo university in the next two years. The tuition fees for studying in South Korea will be implemented according to the tuition standards of Hansel University (about 28,000 RMB/year, subject to the actual tuition fees announced in South Korea at that time).

(8) Admission of sports majors.

1. According to the regulations of Guangxi Admissions Examination Institute on the enrollment of physical education majors, candidates who have reached the admission control score line of undergraduate physical education in the whole region in terms of cultural achievements and unified examination results of physical education majors will be selected from high scores to low scores according to the enrollment criteria according to their own wishes.

The admission principle of sports education and social sports guidance and management in other provinces is: according to the regulations of the admissions department of the province where the candidates are located, the candidates who have reached the admission control score line of the sports undergraduate course in the province (city, district) will be given comprehensive scores [comprehensive scores = the scores of the unified examination for sports majors (converted into a percentage system in proportion) ×55%+ cultural scores (converted into a percentage system in proportion)] according to the principle of score priority.

2. The enrollment of sports training majors, martial arts and traditional national sports majors shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant regulations formulated by the Ministry of Education, the provincial enrollment department and our school, and separate examinations shall be conducted in advance.

3. Candidates of high-level sports teams have passed the special sports tests organized by our school independently, and are admitted according to the relevant regulations formulated by the Ministry of Education, the provincial admissions department and our school. The enrollment of high-level sports teams in our school does not arrange provincial and professional plans, and does not recognize all the extra points and scores in the college entrance examination.

(9) Admission of art majors shall be conducted in accordance with the filing method of the provincial admissions department where the candidates are located, and admission shall be based on the principle of giving priority to scores on the basis that the candidates' cultural achievements and the scores of the art unified examination (joint examination) reach the scores of the corresponding subjects designated by the provinces (cities, districts).

1. The provinces (cities, districts) that implement the filing system in parallel volunteer will be selected according to the filing results from high to low, and candidates with high scores in professional examinations will be given priority under the same conditions, and candidates with high scores in foreign languages will be given priority under the same professional achievements and comprehensive achievements.

The admission principle of fine arts and calligraphy majors is based on comprehensive scores (comprehensive scores = professional scores (converted into percentile) ×60%+ cultural scores (converted into percentile) × 40%). Under the same conditions, candidates with high scores in professional examinations will be given priority, and candidates with high scores in foreign languages will be given priority under the same professional achievements and comprehensive achievements.

The admission principle for music and dance majors is comprehensive achievement [comprehensive achievement = professional achievement (converted into percentage system in proportion) ×50%+ cultural achievement (converted into percentage system in proportion) × 50%]. Under the same conditions, candidates with high scores in professional examinations are given priority, and candidates with high scores in foreign languages are given priority.

In addition, the major of costume and costume design (according to the major of costume design and performance) requires that the height of boys should not be less than 183 cm and the weight should not exceed 80kg;; The height of girls should not be less than 170cm, and the weight should not exceed 60kg. Dance majors require that the height of boys should not be less than 170 cm and that of girls should not be less than 160 cm.

(10) The preparatory classes for ethnic minorities in our school are divided into two categories: free preparatory classes for ethnic minorities and ordinary preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, which are only for enrollment in Guangxi.

Sixteenth professional enrollment physical examination standard implementation of the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities". Chapter V Others

Article 17 Full-time undergraduate majors [except English (Chinese-foreign inter-school exchange program) and visual communication design (Chinese-foreign cooperative education program)] are charged by the credit system, and the credit charging standard is finally implemented according to the standard approved by the Price Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and the tuition fees are settled according to the actual elective courses of students. Price Bureau approves full-time undergraduate tuition standard:

(1) Education major in literature, history, law and philosophy: 5000-5600 yuan/academic year.

(2) Science and engineering, management and economics majors: 5400-5600 yuan/academic year.

(3) Art major:12,200 yuan/academic year.

(4) Sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports: 7,600 yuan/school year.

(5) Applied talent training major: 6,000 yuan/academic year for literature and history management; Foreign language 7000 yuan/academic year; Engineering class 7600 yuan/academic year.

(6) Vocational education normal majors: literature and history 6 100 yuan/academic year; Science and engineering class 7600 yuan/school year; Art 10 100 yuan/school year.

(7) English-Chinese inter-school exchange program: 18000 yuan/academic year.

(8) Visual Communication Design (Sino-foreign cooperative education) major: 40,000 yuan/academic year.

Supplementary rules

Article 20 If there is any conflict between the previous requirements and regulations of the school on enrollment and these Articles of Association, these Articles of Association shall prevail. In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and the national laws, regulations, norms and relevant policies at higher levels, the national laws, regulations, norms and relevant policies at higher levels shall prevail.
