Article 1 unnc is the first Chinese-foreign cooperative university in China approved by the Ministry of Education of China to introduce high-quality teaching resources from world-class universities, with independent legal personality and independent campus. The school adopts English teaching, the teaching materials are imported from the University of Nottingham, the teachers are all selected by the University of Nottingham, the teaching quality evaluation system of the University of Nottingham is adopted, the network and teaching resources of the University of Nottingham are enjoyed, and the University of Nottingham diploma is awarded.

Article 2 unnc is approved to be established in Zhejiang, Beijing, Shanghai, Shaanxi, Hainan, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Tianjin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Hunan, Shandong, Shanxi, Fujian, Hubei, Chongqing, Hebei, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Gansu and Inner Mongolia. 20 1 1 The enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be subject to the plan announced by each province (city).

Article 3 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of unnc 20 1 1 undergraduate students, improve the quality of students, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, and standardize the enrollment of schools, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of schools.

Article 4 The school is the first Chinese-foreign cooperative university approved by the Ministry of Education to introduce foreign high-quality educational resources and set up independently. Co-founded by Nottingham University and Zhejiang Wanli College.

Article 5 A school shall set up an Admissions Committee, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment work of the school. According to the relevant provisions of the higher authorities and the needs of school development, the Admissions Committee draws up the enrollment scale and enrollment plan, formulates the enrollment policy of the school, and decides on major issues of school enrollment. The school admissions committee is composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments.

Article 6 The school enrollment office is the permanent organization of the school to organize and implement the enrollment work, and coordinates and handles the daily affairs of the school enrollment work. Its main responsibilities are: to implement the provisions of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the provisions of the relevant provincial (city, autonomous region) admissions authorities; Formulate the enrollment charter and enrollment plan of our school; According to the enrollment scale approved by the higher authorities and the relevant regulations, the enrollment plan shall be prepared by province and specialty, and be responsible for the enrollment of new students; Organize and carry out enrollment propaganda work, and introduce our school's situation and admission rules to candidates and parents realistically.

Chapter II Admission Conditions and Rules

Article 7 According to the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of 20 1 1 Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the school implements the enrollment system of enrollment responsibility and enrollment supervision, and based on the principle of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency", the school has established two enrollment selection methods: individual enrollment in advance (Zhejiang Province only) and college entrance examination selection. The admission rules for individual enrollment in advance are subject to unnc 20 1 1 undergraduate individual enrollment plan approved by Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute. Cultural examination is the main admission form of college entrance examination, which comprehensively measures morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and selects the best candidates. The admission rules of the articles of association are formulated for the selection method of the college entrance examination.

Article 8 According to the college entrance examination plan of the new curriculum reform in Zhejiang Province, the first batch of enrollment in our school requires candidates to apply for a class of examination subjects. In order to facilitate the whole process of English teaching, freshmen are required to have an English score of 1 15 or above (including 1 15). The requirement of English single subject in college entrance examination for English majors is above 120 (including 120). For Jiangsu candidates, it is divided into liberal arts and science. Candidates who choose history as one of the elective subjects are liberal arts candidates, and those who choose physics as one of the elective subjects are science candidates. The score of college entrance examination must reach a line in Jiangsu Province, the score of English must reach 90 points (including 90 points) or above, and taking the college entrance examination for English majors requires 92 points (including 92 points) or above. The requirement of science and engineering major in our school for Jiangsu's elective subject 1 is physics, and the elective subject 2 is not limited; Other majors are both liberal arts and sciences. The level of selected subjects requires BB, regardless of specific subjects; Required subjects should reach 4C. The ranking of Jiangsu candidates after entering the file adopts the method of "scoring first and then grading".

Ninth schools strictly implement the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education's "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities", and there are no other special requirements.

Article 10 The school has no special requirements for the ratio of male to female students.

Article 11 If one province and city has good students and another province and city has insufficient students, unnc will adjust the provincial plan, allocate the remaining places in some provinces and cities to other provinces and cities with sufficient students, and arrange admission.

Article 12 In the case of enrolling students by arts and sciences, if the allocated places are full or insufficient, unnc will consider adjusting the places between arts and sciences and arranging admission.

Article 13 The specific admission methods are as follows:

(1) Provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) that have not implemented parallel volunteer will be admitted in turn according to the candidates' willingness to enter school. In other words, the first volunteer candidate is admitted to the school. If the first volunteer is not satisfied, consider the second volunteer candidate;

(2) For the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) that implement parallel volunteer, the relevant provisions on filing shall be implemented, and the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers" shall be adopted to accept filing; On the premise that the total score of the college entrance examination is the same, our school will rank the candidates according to their English scores.

(3) Candidates who can't meet the first major's volunteers above the minimum admission score, according to their second major's volunteers, still can't meet them, according to their third major's volunteers, and so on. When all the professional volunteers of a candidate can't be satisfied, the candidates who obey the professional adjustment will be randomly transferred to the majors whose enrollment plan is not full, and the candidates who don't obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed according to the policy.

(4) There will be no professional grade difference in 20 1 1 in our school.

Fourteenth in strict accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education, the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) admissions committee to implement preferential policies.

Fifteenth according to the situation of students to adjust the enrollment plan, the school will apply to the relevant provinces (cities, autonomous regions) in charge of the enrollment plan, after approval.

Sixteenth schools recruit students according to professional categories. After students enter school, some outstanding students are allowed to apply for professional adjustment in combination with the differences in teaching resources, arts and sciences in senior high schools and the results of Chinese courses in the first semester of the first school year. The maximum number of transferred students received by each major is 65438+ 00% of the enrollment plan. Under this premise, different academic systems can also apply for professional adjustment, but liberal arts students can't transfer to science and engineering majors, and students from other majors can't transfer to engineering mechanics majors.

Chapter III Fees and Scholarships

Seventeenth school tuition fees charged according to the cost of education. Approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Price Bureau, the tuition fee for freshmen in 20 1 1 year is 60,000 yuan/person per academic year (except for 2+2 majors), the accommodation fee is 2,000 yuan/person (four rooms), and the book fee is 2,500 yuan/year (more than enough).

Article 18 In order to fully encourage outstanding students to apply for our school, Li Ye Yaozhen's entrance scholarship will be provided nationwide on 201/kloc-0, with a reward amount of 60,000 yuan/academic year. In addition, in order to encourage students to study hard, the school has also set up a special scholarship system, which is selected once every academic year. Nineteenth students who pass the college entrance examination and enroll students separately in advance have the same status and enjoy the same teaching and living benefits during their school days.

Twentieth freshmen, the school in accordance with the provisions within three months to review candidates, those who pass the examination can obtain a formal student status. The school will manage the enrollment according to the relevant regulations of the school and teach according to the professional teaching plan.
