China University of Political Science and Law is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and a national "2 1 1 project" key university. The school's predecessor was Beijing University of Political Science and Law, or Peking University University of Political Science and Law or Zhong Da University for short.
The liberal arts university in China, which focuses on law, is located in Beijing. There are two campuses, Xueyuan Road and Changping. Xueyuan Road Campus is located near Jimen Bridge, and Changping Campus is located at the foot of Du Jun Mountain. Southwest University of Political Science and Law, located in Chongqing, the youngest municipality directly under the Central Government in New China, is a multidisciplinary specialized law school with law as the main discipline and the coordinated development of law, economics, management, literature and philosophy.
It is a key university recognized by the former Ministry of Justice and the school with the largest number of legal professionals in China. Known as the "Whampoa Military Academy" in the legal field of China, it is one of the earliest institutions of higher political science and law in New China.
East China University of Political Science and Law
East China University of Political Science and Law, formerly known as East China University of Political Science and Law, is called Hua Zheng for short, and its English name is "East China University of Political Science and Law" or "ECUPL" for short (formerly known as "East China University of Political Science and Law" or "ECUPL" for short, it was abandoned after it was renamed as a university in 2007, but the abbreviation remains unchanged).
China University of Arts, focusing on law, is located in Shanghai and has two campuses, Changning and Songjiang. Changning Campus is located at No.0/575, Wanhangdu Road, Changning District, Shanghai. It was originally the campus of St. John's University.
