East China University of Science and Technology Fengxian Campus is located at No.999, Hayes Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai.

The new Fengxian Campus of East China University of Science and Technology covers an area of 1544 mu, which is located in the north of the Gulf Tourism Resort in Fengxian District of Shanghai and the west of the Fengxian Campus of Shanghai Normal University. It is adjacent to the concept of Haiwan Road in the south section of Expressway Line 4 in the east, the sea in the south, the planned extension line of Huancheng East Road in the west and Hailang Road in the north, with convenient transportation.

The campus has a beautiful environment, flat and open terrain, two kilometers away from the sea, and it can be reached by bike for about 20 minutes. The new campus is expected to accommodate 20,000 undergraduates and postgraduates, all freshmen, sophomores and some juniors.

The master plan of the new campus respects the fine context of Meilong campus, adheres to the school motto of being diligent and realistic, and strives to embody the beauty of a rational and simple science and engineering campus. The master plan has the characteristics of humanization, ecology, networking and growth, and the layout is full of vitality.

East China University of Science and Technology, formerly known as East China Institute of Chemical Technology, can be traced back to Nanyang College and Aurora College more than 100 years ago. The school has three parts: Xuhui Campus, Fengxian Campus and Jinshan Science Park, covering an area of 2,535 mu, with a total area of 9 1 1,000 square meters of various buildings and a number of standard sports facilities.

The library has a collection of 3.093 million volumes and subscribed to more than 43,000 Chinese and foreign periodicals. It has 84 large Chinese and foreign literature databases and network mirror databases such as CA, E 1.
