Requirements: Have firm socialist ideals and beliefs, support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership, abide by discipline and law, have good moral character, be honest and trustworthy, have a correct style of study, and be physically and mentally healthy. Second, the registration and application materials

Students can apply for registration through the online registration system of colleges (research institutes) or the online registration system of Xiamen University Admissions Office. Online registration time: June 15 to June 30 or the time specified by each college (research institute). The application materials generally include: 1. Summer camp application form (generated by online registration system); 2. Personal statement; 3. 1 transcript; 4. A copy of the award-winning (qualification) certificate or a work submitted by an individual representative; 5. Others (materials with special requirements for related majors). In addition, college students generally need to submit the following two additional materials: 6. English proficiency certificate or relevant achievement certificate; 7. Letters of recommendation from two associate professors and above experts. Third, choose

All colleges (research institutes) of our school will organize experts to carefully examine the application materials of students, and select the best campers according to the factors such as the applicant's graduation institution, graduation major, application major, achievement and ranking, scientific research achievements, award-winning, foreign language level, comprehensive quality and other factors, taking into account the scale of running a school, the quality of students, the geographical location of students and the rationality of the distribution of institutions.

Fourth, summer camp activities

1. Operation time: it is expected to be in the middle and late July of 2020. The specific time shall be subject to the notice from official website of each college (research institute).

2. Contents and forms of activities: General contents and methods include school history introduction, subject navigation, lectures by famous teachers, teacher-student interaction, etc.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) evaluation

All colleges (research institutes) of our school will hold summer camps for college students, and after strict and scientific assessment, select outstanding campers with scientific research and innovation potential. The specific assessment methods will refer to the relevant provisions in the Work Plan for the Re-examination of Postgraduates in Xiamen University in 2020 and the Measures for the Re-examination of Postgraduates (including directly administered doctoral students) recommended by Xiamen University. Summer camp campers who have passed this examination and obtained the qualification and quota of recommended graduate students are exempted from participating in the recommended graduate students (including direct management students) of our school in September or 10; Summer camp campers who have passed the summer camp examination but have not obtained the qualification and quota of recommended graduate students without examination, if they choose to apply for Xiamen University 202 1 master's degree by open recruitment, and their scores meet the corresponding standards, our school will give priority to admission under the same conditions.

Sixth, illegal handling.

Anyone who practices fraud or engages in malpractices for personal gain shall be disqualified from camp, admission or school status once verified. If the circumstances are bad, it will be handed over to the relevant departments for investigation. The summer camp work in our school is supervised by the supervision department of our school.
