There is a logistics major in Germany, and the three necessary conditions for going to Germany are 1: having a bank account of 10W as a guarantee during my stay in Germany, 2: bachelor degree or above, and 3: passing the German language test (a good university requires TOEFL IELTS scores).

Of course, if you graduate from high school, you can choose to study the language in Germany for one year, but you only have two chances to take the exam.
