According to the provisions of Article 37, you can first ask the Education Bureau to handle it according to law. The fact recognized by both parties is that Ren Moumou was sent to Zhangjiang Orthopedic Hospital in Hejiang County, Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, Hejiang Jianxin Hospital, West China Hospital in Sichuan, xinqiao hospital in Chongqing and Orthopedic Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chongqing for examination and treatment. Up to now, all medical expenses for pre-treatment have been paid in full by the school, amounting to 654.38+10,000 yuan.
During the students' hospitalization, the school pays the nursing, living and nutrition expenses according to the standard of 300 yuan/day, and the related expenses 109774.3 yuan have been paid in full by the school. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, both parties voluntarily reached the following agreement on the principle of equal consultation, mutual understanding and mutual accommodation:
Hejiang Xianshi Middle School compensates Ren Moumou (received by legal guardian Zhou Moumou) for all expenses such as disability subsidy, nursing expenses, meals, transportation expenses, nutrition expenses, accommodation expenses, lost time, follow-up treatment expenses and mental damage compensation. (excluding the related expenses paid by Xianshi Middle School) One-time payment, totaling RMB 390,000.
Hejiang Teachers' Middle School will make a one-time transfer to Zhou within 7 working days from September 28th, 20021year. After receiving the compensation, Ren Moumou and his family complained about the matter. This agreement is a true expression of both parties, and both parties shall abide by it.
Ren's mother, Ms. Zhou, told the Red Star journalist that she did sign the agreement, but the money needed to be paid within the next seven working days. Ms. Zhou said that because this incident has caused the psychological shadow of Ren Moumou, she is unwilling to continue studying in No.1 Middle School and hopes to transfer. But the new school has not been implemented yet.
