Therefore, under the direct leadership of the directly affiliated university work office, the Ministry of Education established the Construction Research Center of the Ministry of Education on the basis of the construction of the Ministry of Education. Fourth, provincial key universities built by local governments and other national ministries and commissions other than the Ministry of Education.
