Ningxia Medical University, located in Yinchuan, northwest of China, is a multidisciplinary university focusing on medicine, covering science, engineering, management, literature and law. Founded in 1958, the school is one of the earliest medical colleges in China. In April 2002, it was renamed Ningxia Medical University with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
