Beijing University of Technology, founded in 1960, is a multidisciplinary municipal key university focusing on engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, art and teaching.
198 1 became the first batch of master's degree awarding units approved by the Ministry of Education, 1985 became the doctoral degree awarding unit, and 1996 passed the preliminary examination of the national "2 1 1 project" and officially entered the 2 1 century.
