Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and documents of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the actual situation of the school.

Article 2 The school enrollment work comprehensively implements the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, comprehensively evaluates candidates' morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and accepts the supervision of discipline inspection, candidates, parents and all sectors of society in the whole enrollment process.

Article 5 Level of running a school: The school has multi-level academic qualifications to recruit doctors, masters and undergraduates.

Article 6 Type of running a school: public and full-time colleges and universities, which are key normal universities jointly established by the Ministry of Education and Yunnan Province.

Article 7 Form of study: Full-time undergraduate course with a basic academic system of four years.

Article 8 Issuance of certificates: those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the study period specified by the school will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Yunnan Normal University; Those who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of undergraduate graduates of general higher education.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 9 According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, Yunnan Provincial Department of Education and Yunnan Provincial Admissions Examination Institute, the school has set up an admissions committee and a leading group for enrollment work.

The Admissions Committee is headed by the president, and the vice president in charge of enrollment and the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee are deputy directors. Members are composed of the heads of relevant functional departments and representatives of teachers, alumni and students. The main duties of the Admissions Committee are: according to the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the admissions departments of the enrollment provinces, review the school enrollment policies, enrollment plans and work plans, regularly listen to work reports, make decisions on major issues in enrollment work, and supervise and inspect all enrollment work in the whole process.

The enrollment leading group is headed by the principal, with the vice-principal in charge of enrollment and the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee as the deputy heads, and its members are composed of the heads of relevant functional departments and the leaders in charge of enrollment in various colleges. The main responsibilities of the leading group are: to be fully responsible for undergraduate enrollment, and to set up an enrollment supervision office (located in the supervision and auditing bureau) and an enrollment office (located in the enrollment office) to be responsible for enrollment supervision and enrollment work.

Article 10 The enrollment of Yunnan Normal University shall be conducted under the supervision of the Admissions Supervision Office.

Article 11 The Admissions Office, as the permanent working body of the school, is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment, which is specifically implemented by the School Admissions Office. Its duties are:

(a) strictly implement the policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions and implementation rules of the provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) admissions committees, and formulate the school enrollment regulations.

(two) in accordance with the annual enrollment plan approved by the Ministry of Education and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education and the relevant provisions of the provincial and professional enrollment plan.

(three) to carry out enrollment publicity, consulting and other services, and introduce our school's situation and enrollment policy to candidates and parents realistically.

(four) to complete the enrollment work objectively and fairly, and to be responsible for coordinating and handling all kinds of problems encountered in the enrollment work.

(five) to complete other tasks assigned by the education authorities and schools.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 12 The enrollment plans and majors of schools in all provinces shall be subject to those announced by the local provincial enrollment management department. For professional introduction, please refer to the website of the School Admissions Office ().

Article 13 Principles and methods of enrollment plan allocation: According to the requirements of Yunnan Provincial Department of Education for the compilation of enrollment plans for some provinces and majors and the overall arrangement of enrollment plans for provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the enrollment plans of schools in various provinces and municipalities are formulated according to factors such as students' situation, economic and social development needs, and employment quality of graduates.

Article 14 Reserved plans and principles of use: The number of reserved plans of the school is 10, which is mainly used to solve the admission of the last candidate with the same score. The use of the reserved plan must be decided by the collective discussion of the undergraduate enrollment Committee of the school.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Fifteenth according to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) student situation, according to the requirements of the provincial admissions department to determine the proportion of investment.

Article 16 Schools implement the principle of giving priority to scores, and the general literature, history, science and engineering majors are arranged according to the candidates' scores (including policy points) and their voluntary applications, and there is no difference in scores between professional volunteers. The specific admission method is: in the same batch, the candidates admitted to the school are sorted according to the scores from high to low, and they are admitted in turn according to the principle of score priority. For single-recruit candidates, the first choice is admitted. Candidates whose scores are not up to the scores of professional voluntary admission but have been adjusted by majors are transferred to those who are not full of majors. Candidates who fail to reach the professional voluntary admission score and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

Seventeenth candidates with the same score, give priority to those who scored high in the college entrance examination (excluding policy points); Candidates with the same college entrance examination scores (excluding policy points) will be compared item by item according to their Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive and foreign language scores, and admitted according to the comparison results. If the scores of all subjects are the same, they will be treated as candidates with the same score.

Eighteenth schools recognize the policies and regulations of the education administrative departments and enrollment examination institutions in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where students live.

Article 19 The majors of mathematics, applied mathematics and statistics in the College of Mathematics require candidates to achieve a score of 90 or above in a single subject of mathematics.

Twentieth "Musicology", "Music Performance", "Composition and Composition Technology Theory" and "Music and Dance [including Dance (Teachers' College) and Dance Performance]" majors have been recognized in the unified examination (joint examination) of their majors or majors in the province to be enrolled. After the cultural (regardless of arts and sciences) and professional achievements reach the qualified line, the students will be selected according to the professional achievements from high to low. If the candidates have the same professional achievements, they will be compared item by item according to the total scores of culture, Chinese, mathematics, synthesis and foreign languages, and will be admitted in turn according to the comparison results. If the scores of all subjects are the same, they will be treated as candidates with the same score.

Article 21 For the major of "Music Performance", the training direction of vocal music is: bel canto, folk singing and popular singing; The cultivation direction of instrumental music (including popular instruments) is: piano, accordion, trumpet, violin, clarinet, flute, guzheng, pipa, Qin Liu, bamboo flute, erhu, jazz piano and popular keyboard. In the major of Musicology, the training direction of vocal music is: bel canto, national and popular singing; The cultivation direction of instrumental music is: piano, accordion, trumpet, violin, clarinet, flute, guzheng, pipa, Qin Liu, bamboo flute and erhu. "Music and Dance [including dance (normal class) and dance performance]" majors are: China folk dance, ballet and classical dance.

Twenty-second "fine arts (teachers)", "painting", "design (including visual communication design, environmental design, product design)" and "animation" majors, in the provincial or professional unified examination (joint examination) to be enrolled, their professional achievements will be recognized, and after their cultural (regardless of arts and sciences) and professional achievements reach the qualified line, they will be evaluated according to their comprehensive scores (comprehensive scores If the scores of all subjects are the same, they will be treated as candidates with the same score.

Twenty-third for the "Calligraphy (Normal)" major, the provinces that take the school examination recognize the results of the school examination, and the provinces that take the unified examination recognize the professional achievements of this major or professional course (joint examination). If the scores of all subjects are the same, they will be treated as candidates with the same score.

Twenty-fourth for the "radio and television director" major, the school examination provinces recognize the school examination results, and the unified examination provinces recognize the professional achievements of this major or professional course (joint examination). After the cultural (regardless of arts and sciences) and professional scores reach the qualified line, the students will be selected from high scores to low scores according to the cultural (regardless of arts and sciences) scores. If the candidates' cultural (regardless of arts and sciences) scores are the same, they will be compared one by one according to their Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive and foreign language scores, and admitted according to the comparison results. Those with the same scores in all subjects will be treated as candidates with the same scores.

Twenty-fifth "broadcasting and hosting" major, approved in the province's enrollment of professional or professional examination (entrance examination) professional performance, culture (regardless of arts and sciences), professional performance have reached the qualified line, according to the culture (regardless of arts and sciences) performance from high to low merit. If the candidates' cultural (regardless of arts and sciences) scores are the same, they will be compared one by one according to their Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive and foreign language scores, and admitted according to the comparison results. Those with the same scores in all subjects will be treated as candidates with the same scores.

Twenty-sixth "dance performance (sports dance)" major, that the provincial sports dance unified examination (joint examination), culture (regardless of arts and sciences) professional performance reached the qualified line, according to the professional performance from high to low, merit-based admission. If the candidates have the same professional achievements, they will be compared item by item according to the total scores of culture, Chinese, mathematics, synthesis and foreign languages, and will be admitted in turn according to the comparison results. If the scores of all subjects are the same, they will be treated as candidates with the same score.

Twenty-seventh "aviation service art and management" major, recognized school test scores, culture (regardless of arts and sciences), professional scores have reached the qualified line and passed the physical examination, according to the comprehensive score (comprehensive score = professional score ×70%+ cultural score ×30%) from high score to low score. Candidates with the same comprehensive scores will be compared item by item according to the total scores of culture, Chinese, mathematics, comprehensiveness and foreign languages, and will be admitted according to the comparison results. If the scores of all subjects are the same, they will be treated as candidates with the same score.

Twenty-eighth "physical education" professional admission principles are:

(1) The principle of enrollment in the province: after the cultural (regardless of arts and sciences) and professional scores reach the qualified line, the students will be selected according to the comprehensive scores from high to low [comprehensive scores = professional scores+(cultural scores-the lowest control line of physical education undergraduate culture) ÷7.72]. Candidates with the same comprehensive scores will be compared item by item according to the total scores of culture, Chinese, mathematics, comprehensiveness and foreign languages, and will be admitted according to the comparison results. If the scores of all subjects are the same, they will be treated as candidates with the same score.

(2) Admission principle for students from outside the province: after the culture (regardless of arts and sciences) and professional scores reach the qualified line, the students will be admitted according to the professional scores from high to low. If the candidates have the same professional achievements, they will be compared item by item according to the total scores of culture, Chinese, mathematics, synthesis and foreign languages, and will be admitted in turn according to the comparison results. If the scores of all subjects are the same, they will be treated as candidates with the same score.

Article 29 The admission principle for the major of "Physical Education (Campus Football Talents)" is: when the score of culture (regardless of arts and sciences) reaches the qualified line and the score of physical education major is not less than 75, the students will be admitted from high to low according to the comprehensive score [comprehensive score = football special score ×2.5+ (cultural score-the lowest control line of physical education undergraduate culture) ÷7.72]. Candidates with the same comprehensive scores will be compared item by item according to the total scores of culture, Chinese, mathematics, comprehensiveness and foreign languages, and will be admitted according to the comparison results. If the scores of all subjects are the same, they will be treated as candidates with the same score.

Thirtieth "sports training", "Wushu and traditional national sports" majors are subject to separate examination and admission, and the examination and admission work shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration. The admission of test-free athletes shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration.

Thirty-first high-level athletes are admitted in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration.

Article 32 Sino-foreign cooperative education project "Social Sports Guidance and Management" is an undergraduate education project approved by the Ministry of Education in cooperation with Griffith University in Australia. Adopt China-Australia cooperative training mode to recruit candidates in literature and history, science and engineering, and sports. The admission principles of this major are as follows: candidates of literature and history and science and engineering are selected according to their cultural achievements from high to low, and those with the same cultural achievements shall be implemented according to Article 16 of the Articles of Association; After the cultural (regardless of arts and sciences) and professional scores of sports candidates reach the qualified line, they will be selected according to their comprehensive scores from high to low (comprehensive scores = cultural scores ×50%+ professional scores ×50%). Candidates with the same comprehensive scores will be compared item by item according to the total scores of culture, Chinese, mathematics, comprehensiveness and foreign languages, and will be admitted according to the comparison results. If all subjects are graded,

Students who meet the admission requirements of foreign cooperative colleges during their studies at school may apply to study in foreign cooperative colleges. Fees for studying in China shall be subject to the charging policies or approved standards formulated by the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission in the same year, and fees for studying abroad shall be subject to the charging standards issued by foreign cooperative universities in the same year (for details, please refer to the Guide for Candidates' Application in 2020). Candidates should fully consider the family economic situation when applying for the exam.

Article 33 The major of "Accounting" in the Sino-foreign cooperative education project is an undergraduate education project approved by the Ministry of Education in cooperation with the National College of Ireland. The cooperative culture mode of "3+ 1" was adopted. Students study in the National College of Ireland for the first three years and in the fourth year. Students who meet the graduation requirements can obtain both the undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree certificate of the school and the bachelor's degree certificate of the National College of Ireland. Fees for studying in China shall be subject to the charging policies or approved standards formulated by the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission in the same year, and fees for studying abroad shall be subject to the charging standards issued by foreign cooperative universities in the same year (for details, please refer to the Guide for Candidates' Application in 2020). Candidates should fully consider the family economic situation when applying for the exam.

Thirty-fourth Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects only admit candidates who fill in the project volunteers. Accounting, social sports guidance and management can be mutually adjusted in Sino-foreign cooperative education projects, but the majors of general literature and history, science and engineering cannot be mutually adjusted. Candidates who fill in the major of general literature, history, science and engineering but fail to fill in the major of Sino-foreign cooperative education projects can be transferred to other majors of general literature, history, science and engineering, but not to the major of Sino-foreign cooperative education projects. Candidates are requested to apply carefully.

Thirty-fifth "college-upgraded" enrollment majors recruit outstanding graduates from related majors of Yunnan University, and the admission shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents issued by Yunnan Provincial Department of Education and Yunnan Provincial Admissions Examination Institute.

Article 36 The admission of special programs such as "Yunnan Normal Students at Public Fee", "Xinjiang Senior High School Class Oriented Training Free Normal Students in the Mainland", "Tibet Oriented Employment for Non-Tibetan Students" and "Minority Preparatory Class" shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, Yunnan Provincial Department of Education and Yunnan Provincial Admissions Examination Institute.

Article 37 A school has the qualification to recruit students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and all students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can apply for the school through the national joint entrance examination for colleges and universities. In addition, Hong Kong candidates can apply for schools through the Hong Kong Exemption Admission Scheme; Macao candidates can apply for schools through the scheme of recruiting students who walk; Candidates from Taiwan Province Province can apply for this school according to the results of the subject ability test of the college entrance examination in Taiwan Province Province.

Thirty-eighth candidates who apply for some majors in our school that require oral English test scores (see the provincial enrollment plan version for enrollment majors) must take the oral English test organized by the examination institutes of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and only those who pass the test can fill in the relevant professional volunteers.

Article 39 There is no limit to the unified examination of foreign languages for all enrollment majors in our school, and the main language for public foreign language teaching after students enter school is English. At the same time, Thai, Burmese, Vietnamese, Lao and Cambodian are also available for students to choose from.

Article 40 There is no limit to the proportion of male and female students in each enrollment major.

Article 41 The standards for physical examination shall be jointly implemented by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.

Article 42 The school will review the freshmen within three months in accordance with the national enrollment regulations and admission standards (including physical examination and professional re-examination of art and sports students). Those who fail to pass the re-examination or practice fraud or engage in malpractices for personal gain will be disqualified.

Chapter V Tuition and Accommodation Standards

Article 43 With the approval of the Development and Reform Commission of Yunnan Province, the school implements the credit system, and students' tuition fees are collected in advance according to the academic year and recorded according to the actual credits of the courses taken in the academic year. Chapter VI Scholarships and Poverty Alleviation Measures

Article 44 In order to encourage students to study hard, make progress and pursue Excellence, schools can apply for scholarships such as national scholarship, provincial government scholarship, Southwest Associated University scholarship, Zhu Dexiang scholarship, principal scholarship and Honghe scholarship.

Article 45 In order to help students from poor families successfully complete their studies, the school has established a working system with financial aid as the main body, national student loans as the channel, work-study programs as the means, scholarships as the incentive, grants as the guarantee, subsidies for difficulties, tuition fee remission and subsidies for ethnic minorities as the supplements.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Forty-sixth articles of association or the specific provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) enrollment management departments are not involved in matters, according to the Ministry of Education's "Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2020" and the provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) enrollment management departments.

Article 47 The Articles of Association shall apply to the full-time undergraduate enrollment of Yunnan Normal University in 2020, and the Admissions Office of Yunnan Normal University shall be responsible for the interpretation.
