In order to implement the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing (Cai Jiao [2007] No.90), students are encouraged to study hard, forge ahead and develop morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically. According to the spirit of the Interim Measures for the Administration of National Scholarships of Shandong University (Shaanxi University Zi [2007] 164) (see annex 1), our school is now notifying you of the relevant selection matters as follows:

First, the reward object and standard

National scholarships are awarded to students with outstanding achievements in their junior college (including higher vocational colleges and second bachelor's degrees) and second grade (including second grade), and the reward standard is 8,000 yuan per person per year. (See Annex 2 for the allocated places).

Second, the application conditions

1. Love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the China * * * production party;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, and abide by school rules and regulations;

3. Honesty and trustworthiness, excellent moral quality. Students of grade 2009 and above were rated as "excellent" in the comprehensive quality evaluation of 20 1 1, and students of grade 20 10 were rated as "excellent" in the comprehensive quality evaluation of 201.

4. Excellent academic performance during school. Students of grade 2009 and above ranked in the top 5% of the class in the comprehensive quality evaluation of 201,and won the first-class scholarship for outstanding students of Shandong University. 20 10 students ranked in the top 5% of the class with 20 1 1, and won the first prize of outstanding students in Shandong university.

5. Social practice, innovative ability and comprehensive quality are particularly outstanding.

6. Not subject to any disciplinary action during school;
