Freshmen usually start school in early September, but some universities may postpone the start of school in order to adjust the voluntary admission of candidates. It was first reported on August 20th, and the latest university only reported to the school at the end of September. Generally speaking, the registration time of freshmen in each university is similar. The start time of vocational high schools is generally around August 30th, and the start time of one book and two books is around September 5th.

North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower is located in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province, on the bank of the Yellow River.
