Guangzhou University Town Wisdom Valley is located in the core area of the south bank of Guangzhou International Science and Technology Innovation City. It was jointly built by Country Garden and Cisco, two Fortune 500 companies. The project was developed and constructed by Country Garden with a total investment of about 654.38+0.6 billion yuan.
