In the process of learning, I deeply realized how to really play tennis well and enjoy it.
For many beginners, including me, I like tennis stars, or envy the masters on the court for their fierce counterattack, or think playing tennis is a very handsome thing to try tennis. Of course, we also started from imitation, but sometimes we overreach ourselves, were eager for success, didn't practice our basic skills well, and played with the ball. Some tried to serve at the beginning, and some hit the ball hard at the baseline. Of course, the result is usually that it takes much longer to pick up the ball than to play it, so it seems to be a very depressing thing, and we also know that it is not easy to learn tennis well.
However, I think tennis is my favorite. As the saying goes, it's hard to do. I will learn tennis.
In my research, I found a beginner who has never played tennis at all, even if he has never played tennis. When they found that there were back and forth on the Internet, many beginners overcame the fear of finding it difficult to play and found that tennis was not difficult to learn, so they began to enjoy tennis.
Now, let me recall my experience and some thoughts of learning tennis.
At first, let's understand several aspects of tennis. According to the eight planes of the racket handle, the plane connected to one side of the racket frame is set as 1 plane, and then it is arranged in order of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 planes clockwise. Then there is the grip. First, put your hand flat on the racket face, keep your palm parallel to the racket face, slide your hand along the racket face to the handle, and hold the handle tightly. When holding the racket, the racket face is vertical to the ground, the thumb and forefinger are held on the 1 face of the racket handle in a V shape, the root joint of the forefinger is pressed on the third face, and the forefinger and middle finger are slightly separated. This is to understand that the advantages of this grip are large contact area between the palm and the handle, easy to exert force, large swing range and strong forehand stroke, which is suitable for hitting at any height.
In fact, I think the perfect swing is actually the most effective swing method with your own characteristics. As long as it suits your own playing habits, you can grasp the feel by yourself, not according to the grip method mentioned above. I believe that I can learn tennis from playing tennis, with the aim of playing tennis well (not practicing movements), getting a feeling of playing well through constant practice, and at the same time trying to learn and consolidate the most basic technical points such as hitting point, rhythm and fluency. So that I can find my perfect swing.
We also practice the racket touching the ball: 1, hitting the ball, holding the racket with the correct forehand grip, the racket face is parallel to the ground, and constantly hitting the ball vertically upwards to experience the muscle feeling. Gradually change the height and frequency of the ball bounce, and strive to dominate the ball according to your own wishes during the March; Use forehand and backhand surfaces to take turns hitting the ball continuously. 2, racket, racket to uninterrupted landing, hitting point height should be below the waist. We should gradually change the height and frequency of the ball, control the trajectory of the ball by changing the direction horizontally or vertically, and strive to dominate the ball according to our own wishes during the March. 3. After touching the ball against the wall and being able to bounce freely, practice touching the ball against the wall. The racket head tilts slightly upward, the body faces the wall slightly, and the right front of the body touches the wall continuously to hit the ball. It is necessary to gradually change the distance between the racket and the wall and the frequency of touching the ball to enhance the difficulty of practice.
In my opinion, it is necessary for a tennis player to hold the racket. The reasons for holding the racket are generally as follows:
1, which can ensure the control of the racket when it is ready to hit the ball;
2. It can provide the best racket speed when the racket swings forward;
3, you can get the greatest strength when hitting the ball;
4. When hitting the ball, you can ensure that the racket is not twisted in your hands;
5. It can ensure that the momentum generated by the turning stride is completely transferred to the racket.
We also learned the forehand hitting technique. I learned 4 points during my forehand stroke study, 1. Preparation posture: Facing the net, your feet are naturally separated about shoulder width, your knees are slightly bent, your body leans forward slightly, and your center of gravity falls on the palm of your front foot. Hold the racket with your right hand, gently hold the racket neck with your left hand, the racket face is vertical to the ground, the racket head is pointing at the opponent, your eyes are fixed on the opponent's ball, and you are ready to hit the ball. 2. Swing back: When the body turns right, the right hand naturally bends its arm and swats back, and the elbow sinks, so that the arm, racket and body are basically on the same plane, the bottom of the racket handle is facing the incoming ball, and the racket head is higher than the wrist; At the same time, the left foot takes a step to the right front of the body, the left shoulder faces the net, and the center of gravity moves back. 3. Swing to hit the ball: you should turn your body, push your feet hard to the ground, fix your wrist with the joint as the axis, and use your big arm to drive your forearm to swing, usually hitting the ball in front of the right side of your left foot and at a waist height. At this time, the racket face is parallel to the net and perpendicular to the ground. Hit the ball at the fastest speed, so that the ball touches the center of the racket face. 4. Swing follow-up: After the ball touches the racket, make the racket face parallel to the net as long as possible. The swing is sent forward along the direction of the ball, the center of gravity moves forward and falls on the left foot, and the body also turns to the front of the net. The racket head swings to the front of the left shoulder with inertia, the elbow joint moves forward and upward, and the left hand supports the racket neck; After the swing, immediately resume the preparation posture.
From the process of learning tennis, it is natural to learn the basic skills, but when you stand on the court, the mentality is the most important. You already have good skills, but you stand shivering on the court. Even the best skills are a waste, which requires us to cultivate a good attitude. In tennis, psychologically speaking, a good player usually knows how to feel, so as to help him play and get good grades. It must be self-confidence, which must be clear to everyone. You can only play well if you are very confident, and professional players are no exception. We often hear a losing player say, "When I began to doubt myself, I began to play worse and worse." In other words, he doesn't feel confident. This is also the most important feeling you need in the game, and one more thing you should remember, believe in yourself whether you win or lose.
You need some fighting skills when playing tennis, such as knowing the opponent's best play, strength and so on. As the saying goes, know yourself and know yourself. Know yourself and know yourself, often winning or losing; I don't know my opponent and I don't know myself. Every battle will face a crisis.
Although I only studied tennis for one semester, I feel a lot this semester. I will continue to learn tennis, from learning tennis to enjoying it.
