Northeast Normal University pays 8000 academic fees, gives 8000 scholarships (no majors, all academics), accommodation fee 1 000, and grants 6000 (600 per person per month). Teachers may get extra subsidies (depending on the teacher, of course). Liaoning Normal University does not have 8,000 scholarships for academic and master students, and the rest are the same.
