The task of cultivating publicly-funded undergraduate medical students is generally undertaken by five universities, including Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Binzhou Medical College, Shandong First Medical University, Weifang Medical College and Jining Medical College. The task of cultivating medical students at public expense is undertaken by Shandong Medical College, Heze Medical College and Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (subject to the enrollment plan).
The task of cultivating agricultural students at public expense is undertaken by four universities including Shandong Agricultural University, Qingdao Agricultural University, ludong university and Shandong Agricultural Engineering College (specifically subject to the enrollment plan).
Second, the enrollment plan
The enrollment plan of provincial public expense students is determined according to the declared demand scale of each city and the distribution of disciplines in colleges and universities. As a targeted employment enrollment plan, the public fee student training plan is included in the annual enrollment scale of the training school. Unfinished public student enrollment plan can be transferred to the unified enrollment plan of the training school in that year.
