Although his proposal has not been passed so far, it can't stop Professor Zhu Yongxin's religious devotion to reading. Professor Zhu Yongxin is an advocate of the new educational experiment. At present, nearly 5,200 schools and 6 million teachers and students across the country have joined the new education experiment, and September 28th of each year is the reading festival of these new education experimental schools. I had the privilege of working in Yuncheng New Education Experimental School for three and a half years, and it was in this new education experimental school that I got into the habit of reading a book every week. Our Nanjing Mingde Primary School visited this school on September 28th, 20 15, and started to build a scholarly campus. After President Dong Ruofei took office on 20 18, he attached great importance to reading, so our school had an annual "Hundred Days Parent-child Reading Activity".
