Jinan University is the first overseas Chinese university founded by the state in China, and currently has the largest number of overseas students in China. It is a national key comprehensive university under the leadership of the State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office under the "2 1 1 Project". The word "Jin 'an" comes from the article "Shangshu Gong Yu": "The east is gradually in the sea, the west is in quicksand, and the south is combined, and the sound teaches the world." It means facing South Asia and spreading Chinese culture. The school's predecessor was Jinan School, which was founded by the Qing government in Nanjing on 1906. Later, it moved to Shanghai, and 1927 was renamed as National Jinan University. During his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he moved to Jianyang, Fujian. 1946 moved back to Shanghai. 1949 merged into Fudan University, Jiaotong University and other universities in August. 1958 Reconstruction in Guangzhou. The School of Education of Jinan University mainly undertakes adult higher education and is responsible for the management and teaching of adult education in the whole school. In order to further adapt to the needs of reform and opening up and the establishment of market economy, Jinan University's adult education has been exploring reforms, giving full play to the advantages of the school's complete disciplines, and relying on the school's teaching resources and teachers, it has trained a large number of professionals in economic construction and social management for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao for many years.
